I'm working on aquiring parts to assemble a 16" upper for my dedicated Glock based lower. What bolt does everyone recommend? How is the reliability of said bolt?

Does anyone have any experience with the barrels being made by Ballistic Advantage? I would to be able run XTreme bullets.

I have been running my VX6 since March. I really like the green dot instead of red and I have not found a situation yet in which it has been easily visible. I am running a 200 yard zero and have shot it out to about 450 with great success using the BDC as you stated above. These results are with me running 69 grain SMKs in my handloads out of an 18" barrel.

I know you said the Steiner was the brightest. Its hard to tell from the pictures.... How is the illumination in the Leupold? Plenty bright for a normal sunny day?

You can order the JM barrel straight from Mossberg just by calling the Customer Service number. I converted my 18.5" SPX over to the 24" JM barrel and it was very reasonably priced.

I use 5.5 grains of Unique with 165 grain Xtremes with very good results out of my Glock 35. LIttle dirty but minimal recoil and very good accuracy
