the biggest thing I found in adjusting the RF100 is the little plastic tab that covers the hole where they drop into the tube. it can be adjusted front to back to make the opening the primers go into either wider or smaller. if it is too wide upside down primers will get past the last drop out point too quickly and will make it into the tube, too small an opening and the primers will either not fit or move too slowly and filling will take forever, its really a goldylocks adjustment when you get it in just the right spot it runs great
I agree.
I adjusted mine because a friend had CCI and some were flipping. Once I tweaked it they ran 100%. HOWEVER, when I went back to my Winchester.... it's taking me forever to get it just so. I think I have it now though. Approx 500 and not a single flip.

The only time I've had this issue, there was a brass stuck under the feed plate making it ride high.

As mentioned above do you have the rheostat? also dillon came out with a different plastic piece that limits the primers to single file just before dropping, which might make a difference as well.
Hello,
What's this "different plastic piece"? I poke around on their site a few minutes ago but can't seem to locate parts for the RF100. I'd like to look at it and if it's different than mine, get one ordered.
Thanks!

Following....
I'm having the same issue recently. I'm about to the point of trying to replace the small plastic piece where the primer drops down into the tube. It's been 100% for years... now not so much. I have to baby sit it like you.

It looks a bit harsh to be powder alone to me too. Either something else got in with the powder or there is some sort of burr in there. Neither my 650 or 1050 bar look like this and they're many years old using various powders.

Update:
xfive back from sig “repaired” after 5 weeks. Armorers notes “customer experienced ammo related blow out” They never contacted me before shipping back to notify me of thier findings.
They replaced the springs and extractor that blew blew out the side of the gun. And knocked the stuck case out of the chamber.
Assessment: chamber had deep scours from whatever tool they used to drive the brass out. Trigger was heavy and gritty (found the small spring that holds the striker safety lever to be bound up, I had to take everything apart and reassemble correctly) and the gun will still launch a pencil from the barrel 10ft across the room while slightly out of battery.
They did did not charge me. Luckily.
Sent this one packing. Traded for a CZ p-09. Staying away from Sigs for a while.
I did nearly the same thing, even after being a Sig fan for 30+ years, except I went with the Shadow 2.

I wouldn't be surprised.

Mine blew the extractor out three times. All fixed under warranty.

I had the same issues but I didn't try polishing my funnel. I may give that a go. I also tired a turtle wax in the wet tumbler. It helped but wasn't super. I now just give my cases a shot of one shot case lube before dumping them in the case feeder and no longer have any problem with sticking.

So does VV N320.
I also use VV N320 without issue with coated bullets without issue.

I’m using a Dillon super swager. It makes it easy to decrimp all those military brass.
I also use the super swager. I didn't do 70k but 25k or so. Just did it whenever I was just sitting watching television.

Yes, check the spring decaping pin assembly. If it's okay or not, reshaping the pin cannot hurt either.
-
I've been sitting while loading on my 650 for 25+ years. 9mm and 223

I've used dryer sheets for years now with much success but I didn't realize/know they should be used ones. I'll start using used ones going forward.
-
I agree with Grumpy too.

I have one and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
-
I use the same fluid I'm using on my barrels at the time and a light oil on the outside when done.

Get the case feeder. The machine is designed to use it and I think it should be included. Get the parts kit. Everything else is pure wants, not needs
I agree with Sarge.

Mine does not move either.

Congratulations!!!

Good to know. I'll give it a try. Thanks

I found it’s a balance between having the die set properly and adjustment of the shell plate....what a pain in the ass it was to flick too many rounds into the shellplate with my finger.
I tried greasing the index plate...and make sure the shell arm that introduces the shell on the plate is also properly adjusted.
When the 650 is running smooth it’s a wonder to behold!.....
Oh yea I started using Hornady One Shot on all my pistol brass....Butta’....why did I wait so long???.....
I'm assuming you have to tumble all pistol loads when you're done now?

Oil may be your issue. I've had no issues with running it completely dry. IMO there is no reason for that plastic to have oil on it.
