Take a look at the blue plastic piece at the end of the priming tube. It could be buggered up.

I run an 11lb IMSI recoil spring and a 19lb hammer spring with 170PF ammo. Oddly enough, I have noticed the difference in springs between Wolff,. spring and imsi. I like the IMSi the best.

I would be fine with that OAL variation as long as my rounds passed the plunk test at 1.240. If I new the max OAL was 1.230 and I had rounds load to 1.240, I would shorten my OAL to 1.220 knowing that my longer rounds (1.230) woudn't have a problem passing the test. Regarding load weight variation, I load n320 and see the occasional variation of .5 grains. With CFE, It was always spot on without any variation to speak of. I hope this helps.

This is the way. Great trigger group that requires very little to get and keep running.

I use an automated 1050 for 40 and can tell you that I definitely needed to use case lube with the MA die. If I didn't use lube, the press would bind up while sizing.

My range bag has a dedicated pocket for oil bottles and they stay upright. Never had any leakage to worry about and I use Lucas lube which has a tight fitting needle tip and red cap. Fits tight and doesn't leak.

It doesn't look like they use an aftermarket barrel (serial number is on the barrel like the stock barrels).

I have only run 147's in my S2 and they fed and shot without any issues. As mentioned above, CZ's have short throats and you have to make sure the rounds pass the plunk test.

I use n320 and 147's almost exclusively. 3.1-3.2 is a good load for USPSA with an OAL of 1.120. Be sure to plunk test before you commit to the length. 3.1 and 147 make 130PF out of my S2

That is terrible news. Are there any details of what happened?

SVI isn't known for having may issues with materials or quality control. That being said, the safe bet would be to make sure the fire controls function check as you expect, there is no excessive slide wiggle and the barrel doesn't wiggle were it recsses into the slide. I would pull the barrel to see if the rifling looks like. Lastly, I would want to know if it is an AET barrel or standard.

I can't think of any negative associated with the under cut. Fits my hand like a glove.
