My range does most of the set up the day before or 2 days in advance. Shooting starts at 10am and is done by 2. Then tear down takes an hour or less. Mostly what's asked of shooters is to tear down the stage they end with and the range staff load it up in their truck to take it all off each range.

I shoot a P09 9mm in production. I'm in love with it. I've been looking at making the move to Limited, but I'm a college student and can't afford a nice Tanfo yet. Does anyone know if the available replacement .40 barrel and .40 mags work in the 9mm version? I'm considering getting a comp hammer, SAO trigger and magwell, if I can use the .40 in this same frame.

I run it in decocker exclusively. The safety may get used if I go to Limited. As far as the DA pull, you get used to it. Also it really smooths out after about 2k rounds.

I have a P09 with all the CGW parts you can use and still be production legal. Short reset kit, sights, springs, DA roller bearing, etc. I did all the polishing and tuning myself (done by them for a little bit more) and it shoots like a DREAM. It has a different felt recoil than the SP01. to me it feels that the P09 is flatter shooting, but I could be wrong.
