Heavy is .45 acp pistol, .308 rifle, and 12 gauge pump shotgun.
Mag capacity depends on heavy division.
Look at 3 gun nation rules section 7.4 (heavy sport)and 7.5 ( heavy optics)

In a major 3-gun match this year I was shooting a stage that required all 3 guns. it was the last day (3 day shoot) and I was tired and had not had a very good match thus far. Finally had a good stage going and when I transitioned from rifle to shotgun, I started by clearing the 1st array of mixed clays and steel. No problems there, then I reached down to grab my reloads and ........ nothing! I started searching all around my belt for shotgun shells and I had none!! It was an all 3 gun stage and in the shuffle of grabbing all my gear I forgot to put my shell caddies back on my belt.
Moral of the story...........always bring ammo to the gunfight !!!!!!!!!!
So I installed a Benelli M2 lifter in my Stoeger 2000 today. Dropped right in, no issues with fit. Only issue is when dry firing I noticed that when I pull the trigger it drops a shell onto the lifter as if I pushed the button. Then I cycle the bolt no problem, chambers next round and so on. Seems to function normally otherwise.
Should I be worried about this??

I pull the trigger, the striker hits the primer, the bullet does not leave the barrel, the case expands and sticks in chamber. After clearing, the round has empty primer pocket.

I shoot a few SC tournaments every year and I love pulling out my 28" Stoeger 2000 with 12 round tube, loading from shell caddies and shooting high 80's to low 90's. Lots of "what is that thing" from other shooters.

I use my GOPRO on the head band mount. I also use it on chest mount, head mount and pole mount for skiing. Gets good POV footage while shooting and is great learning tool for me.
