this is what you’re looking for. Comes with the pin set screw and lil piece of rubber.
The fact that that's six dollars is just insane. Plus shipping I'm sure

Honchos don't have popple holes.
Your Gun looks fine. Even with a comp, you still need to have your grip squared away. Comparing to other people with other guns involves too many variables.
I know of one Honcho with popple holes

Have you contacted PT? That's where I'd start. Chances are they'd make it right

I'm experiencing this exact thing too

It's for the girlfriend. She is currently shooting my extra fat open gun. It's about 60oz. While I like it she doesn't. Is the plastic grip smaller then the cheely? She has small hands also.
If you looking for a steel grip for small hands. Check out the Limcat grip.

I have the Romeo 3 Max and think it's great. Same thing except the window is a different shape. Battery life over RTS2 is incredible, 9 months on the same battery, but it does have Motac (Motion Activated Illumination System) that powers up when it senses motion and powers down when it does not. I haven't found any downside to it, or anything that I think needs improvement.
That's interesting. I have to replace the battery in my 3xl every 15-20 stages, and I turn it off between stages too. Guess its going back to Sig

What recoil spring were you using if you do not mind me asking?
Stock. Whatever came with the gun.

Looks like a fired out of battery. Double charge would have more damage to upper part of the frame and not middle.
slide and fire control are completely fine

The tie down is legal. Thigh rigs generally are not.
