Get the S6 Edge+. My S5 runs completely fine so other than upgrading to upgrade, I have no reason too but if I did, that S6 Edge+ is where it's at.

I've loaded 500 of the .40 and I like them. I like trying new stuff so I may try a different company next time due to be fairly new to this, but I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Actually I didn't think if the casefeeder, TDA, I took it as the shell plate. The Casefeeder plate, according to the store, the small one accommodates both 9 & 40. Casefeed Assembly: Pistol, Small $219.95 380/9mm/38 Super/40 S&W (40 works w/Sm or Lg)

Whatever caliber you buy with the press, the appropriate plate will come with it. So if you buy the press with a 40 SW setup, you'll get the bigger plate. If you order the 9mm set up in the future, the quick change kit, you'll get an smaller plate in that kit along with the appropriate accessories to swap out to reload 9. I ordered mine set up with 9, then bought the 40 quick change kit. They are two different plates although I would guess technically, you could use the 40 plate for both I wouldn't recommend it.

I think the bolt pattern for the 550/650 are the same. The 1050 I'm guessing as I don't have one is different. You'd have to drill 8 holes which I wouldn't think would be that big a deal.

Yeah, I believe that's what he means at the bottom where it says 12-13". I think it's a little wider than deeper. Are you trying to make/buy something that is almost the exact size of the base/strong mount you're going to bolt down?

Or buy the 650 now and add the case feeder next payday. That's what I recommended as well. And actually, that's what I did. Bought the 650 and what I needed to get going, then bought the "mandatory" case feeder about a week or two later. Still have yet to use it and have no plans to use it any time soon.

You tell her you need the 650 to run off rounds quicker to cut down on reloading time, therefore, you can spend more time with her.

I don't doubt it which is why I bought it. I just can't justify running right now for the amount I reload but you can surely buy it without the case feeder which then at that point, I guess you should just get the 550.

LOL, if I could afford a case feeder AND a 650 I wouldn't bother thinking about it! My budget says one or the other. I bought the 650 not too long ago and the case feeder and honestly, the case feeder is still in the box. I have no problem reloading the tube every 15-20 (the tube alone holds 20 casings) casing. Maybe because i'm still pretty new and I'm not in any hurry, but I see no reason for the case feeder for the amount of ammo I load. Maybe if you run off a ton like others, I get it. I sort of wish I didn't buy it but I would guess at some point, I'll be glad I have it. I guess what I'm saying is you can get the 650 without the case feeder. Maybe down the road add it as your finances allow, but IMO, I don't agree with "don't even think about getting the 650 w/o the case feeder" mentality unless you reload a ton. And if you don't reload a lot, keep the 550. I know for a fact I would of been 100% content with the 550 instead of the 650.

The individual ones are sold out. The one with the 3 lenses are the only one's available right now. I bet the individual/lenses ones will be sold out for a while. Actually just glad they released them, finally.

I finally got around to shooting my 180gr I purchased a while back. Trial by fire I guess; jumped right into steel/little intro to USPSA with them and that was it. Was pretty happy with them behind some Titegroup, even though I only shoot maybe 60 of them in my couple stages. I agree with you totally on the boxes. And I feel guilty if I just throw them away so they just sit. I know I could put stuff in them but I'm not sure what. And they are actually kind of a pain in the ass to keep opening and closing.

I had red, switched out to green and like it more. Easier and brighter in my opinion.
