Does anyone know if the STI Gen 1 grip module fits?

I ordered a GX in the beginning of June. Honestly, I'm not worried about it. I ordered it for next season anyway.

After my DQ last year at the Battle for the North Coast match I went back again last weekend to the same match. The DQ stayed in my head all year! I learned from my mistake and moved fwd. This year no DQ and actually did well. I'm glad to get that off my back!

I haven't been running my 320 MAX much but I did put a Apex trigger in it and have been pretty happy. I've been thinking about sending it to Gray Guns for a full trigger job to try and shorten the travel/reset.

Both of mine do that also. I’d say it’s normal.

I got mine a short time ago and had the same issue. I put a couple drops of Weapon Shield on them and it helped a bunch.

It’s hard to see. I only filed a little off the front of the dot. If you look very close you can see 2 small spots of bare aluminum.

It's well worth the wait.

Not sure if you picked up a Everglades holster yet. I grabbed one a little while ago and it works great with the Honcho! I was running the Alpha-X, the Everglades has a better fit and is definitely smoother on the draw. Very happy with it.

Sorry, I sold the S2 and holster a while ago.

I bought a throating reamer and did it myself in about 2 min. Very easy to do. After that my only limitation on COL was the magazines.

The Dawson ICE magwell does fit for a STI Gen 1 grip. I was thinking about getting the Dawson tactical magwell for a gen 1 grip. I think that is gonna be the best option right now. That same ICE magwell fits on my Phoenix Trinity EVO grip. I think PT has a small magwell option. I'm gonna try the Dawson first.

admcd, I hope you get it in time! I got to put the first 150 rounds through mine last weekend. I think its gonna be a great gun! I didn't have any malfunctions and it was quickly sighted in. I'm really liking it so far.

Does anyone know if the release on the MRH is longer than the DAA-X? I have the Alpha-X and would like something with a little longer release.

I used a file on mine. Took just a few minutes to make it fit on the mount for a PT Honcho.

This is not something I really like to talk about but... WTH I earned a DQ at "The Battle for the North Coast" last summer. It was such an embarrassment but I own it and have learned from it. I was running open using a DAA Alpha X holster. I started with it in the unlocked position, leaning over with my hands low on a barricade, Had the stage solid in my head, gonna burn it down...lol On the beep I sprang up stepping to the first shooting position and as I was going for the draw, the gun hit my hand on the way to the ground. At first I wasn't sure what the heck was going on. I quickly realized my gun popped out of the holster on my first movement. So... There I was standing looking at my gun on the ground. Such a damn embarrassment! I couldn't let that go to waste. I learned from it.. Learned more about the limitations of my equipment and I'm 100% confident that such a thing will never happen again. Again, this was very embarrassing and is the first time I put it out there..

I ordered mine in June. It shipped last Thursday.

I like having a small magwell on there not really for reloading, just for the grip. The bottom of my hand hangs over the end of the grip. I shot it yesterday and it was fine, could go through a mag with having to adjust my grip. I guess I'm just used to the feel of magwell against the bottom of my hand.

After almost a year long wait my new "carry gun" was delivered. I was wondering if anyone know what magwell will fit. I'm looking to put a small tactical magwell on this. I asked NHC and couldn't get an answer. I know that PT used to make the grip for NHC. I called them also. However they don't make them for NHC any longer. I tried a STI gen 1. It seems close but I'll need to really bump it on and I'm sure it will scratch the grip. I wouldn't care if I knew for sure it will fit. Todd

It looks like a Springer extension. If your able to take the extension off, it shouldn't be too hard to replace the screw.
