Depends how clean you want your brass to be. I'm happy with my Lyman. 20 minutes with little citric acid and I'm good to go. I have no need for shiny brass. I shoot it over and over ...

It's not all just about physics. It all boils down how gun "feels " when fired and who's holding it. Recoil is very subjective

How about 40 bullet in 9mm case ?

Not sure how , but you can see clearly in the video they recoil about the same and GP is lot lighter then CZ , so if you'd add weight to the GP to make it apples to apples , I'd say GP would be a winner. I shoot 165s out of my GP and love it. Feels really light on recoil. Follow up shoots are real fast and easy.

They recoil about the same , but considering weight difference between them , I'd say rotating barrel has something to do with it. Strap 1/2 pound of weight on the accessory rail and I bet you there will be significant difference in recoil.

Little long , but hope I addressed everything.

165 g xtreme's with 2.5 g titegroup. Little dirty , but just a gentle push.

I started to have some issues with magazine dropping almost after each shot. I was basicly able to pull out the magazine with minimal force , without pressing the mag release. Took the actuall mag release out and it turns out to be stamped piece of metal , pretty crappy quality. Played with it a little , took little trial and error with pliers , but think I found the sweet spot wher it holds the mag good drops it free. Considering it's such a innovative gun , that think is piece of crap. Although nice design , higher quality would made big difference

I used 8round mags. In my opinion 9rounders extended more then 1" below the grip , but 8rounders worked just fine. I used 8rounders or flush fitting 7 rounders. No issues. Actually I got compliment on equipment check , as guy doing it had XDs as well and didn't even know about 8 rounders. Ended up 21st in expert and 60ish overall. Not bad , but could've been lot better if not for a lot of mental blockage. Lol Next year I plan to be in top 15. Lol. Still, good match , lots of fun , great facility.

Only put few rounds before it got dark , but initial impressions are excellent. No issues out of the box , sights were on , although I'm not found of the sights , they seem to work fine

At 2.5 TG I get 115 PF , that's what I used for bug match. To get 130 , I need 3g of TG out of GP XTrim

Good news, XDs ran like a champ. No malfunction. Bad news , my brain had a lots of malfunctions.

Hey, the 160 loaded to 1.165 and 2.7 of titegroup makes 132 pf just fine. Sure about that ? I lost 3g of Titegroup to get about 135pf. At 2.5 it make less then 120 use that load for bug gun

Weekly match. Shot my BUG gun for practice for upcoming S&W BUG nationals . Long story short , on reload I've knocked my gun out of my right hand with the magazine in my left. Gun on the ground , DQ'd , packed my crap and left before they'd have chance to pick on me. Lol

4 more days till showdown. Just found 8 round mags for XDs that make the cut and give me full purchase on the grip. Although had no real problems using only 2 fingers on the grip, getting full grip can't hurt. :)

Ended up pulling trigger on a set. Now I just have to figure out , how to tell my wife what she's getting for 15th aniversary. :)

Get Troy 10round mags , they are same size as full size.

I might be interested in trade. But PPQ I have is the original version and only comes with 10round mags
