So, I got to shoot 625 , 687 and 627 and looks like I will need 2 revolvers. I guess , I can tame down 625 , especially for USPSA , since I don't have to worry about slide movement . I might go that route to begin with. I have a feeling that once I do get into revolvers , they will multiply in my safe. Lol

Just ordered new front sight from Dawson. Be used Dawson's sight for CZ , but had to file down dovetail a bit. Worked fine for about 3k rounds , then I lost it , it just popped off. Called Dawson and order one designed for GP , turned out that even if it's not on their website , they do make them. Should be here next week. I'll report then.

I had my dealer call , but none in stock. He put one on back order for me

Before you ream the barrel , try crimping little more

Put alittle lube on the end of the barrel ,right by the breech . I use froglube and everytime I clean a gun , put little lube on locking lug and breech end .

I'm using 165g from xtreme bullets, big difference .

You really comparing apples to oranges. To completely different platforms. What works for one , doesn't have work for other. With Sig , you have constant trigger pull. Some people prefer then oppose to DA/SA. Some people likes heavier gun for less recoil , some like lighter guns for faster transitions. Don't think you gonna get straight ansever .

I don't see any problem . Probably not wanna use lightest recoil spring , but other then that don't see why not

I actually shoot primarily IDPA ,thats why I was asking ,but looks like id have to buy 2 of them just check IDPA rules 4,25 " barrel and 38special and up. So , who shoots revolver in IDPA and what do you use ?

Sooo, I'm semi good with autos. Actually been kicking ass last year , lol Wanna try a revolver. Here's a thing , I shoot mostly 9mm and want to stick with revolver that shoots 9mm and I want to use it in IDPA and USPSA ? What would be my recommendations from seasoned pros?

Trigger work should be relatively easy , by just swiping parts with Xcalibur parts. Don't think you can get the trigger any sweeter then that.

One of the handiest is a medium size (4") magnet! If you ever drop a metal part in gravel or grass, it's really handy! That's probably best one yet . Gonna add one right away

So out of the box CM needs grip reduction like TS ? That sucks. My biggest complain on TS is bulky grip. Probably better of building open CZ on 75 frame

Is CM built on TS frame ?

So, what sights did you guys run? I had standard FO front and black rear , what I generally use . Any real advantage for night sights? Have few guns with night sights on , but they don't seem to be working great unless it's completely dark.
