I have a glock 34 gen 3 and I use 124gn extreme bullets and my oal is at 1.140-1.145 and it runs fine. if you go any longer that 1.150 you will have feed problems. Good luck.

I heard a myth that you can trim a .223 case to the length of a 38 super case and it will work in an open sti. Here are my questions. Is it possible? Is it reliable? Is it safe? I am working on purchasing a sti gm in 38 super and I have a ton of 223 brass. if this is a posiblity, it would be nice to save some money on 38 super brass. let me know what you thinks...pros and cons.

what about 9mm major. I know that there is load data for 9mm with longshot, but can you push the velocity up to make major with 9mm?

I do the same... first 10 loads then again about every 300. I always check at the beginning of a new session and after every 300 rounds or so. I have never had an issue with the charge changing on me. I also have a light shine into the case so I can verify the charge. I will check the weight if is seems odd, but its always been fine.

no not major. I was using 4.7 grains with 115gr Rn. I have not chrono'ed yet. This is the load that I was using with my glock before I added the comp.

When I pull the trigger the first shot fires but the next two get jammed together.

I just started building an open gun with a glock 34. I just installed a kkm 9mm barrel with a carver 4 port comp. I am using 15gr Rn extreme bullets with 700x powder. I am having problems with double feeds. I am running an 11lb spring. Any suggestions? jnsnchz
