  1. You may have to do what the links show. That ammo may be too long.
  2. Good to know. I have one from when they were first released and it has a 2 piece sear.
  3. Does the extractor hold empty case with enough tension? Did you test?
  4. From my experience and knowledge, the xtreme models and limited pro are the only ones with one piece sear. Who knows what the newer guns come with. Tons of threads about getting these guns race ready. What are you looking for in trigger job? You want to go all out and replace everything for best trigger possible? Want to just swap sear, springs and be good enough? Most important thing is to do a hardcore polish job of everything first. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=2tf_jmfLzq0
  5. Switch back to stock interruptor to see if there is a difference. Does single action break the same with slide on versus off? Is there enough tension on case with the extractor as seen on this video. No need for buffer. Make sure you have Henning or xtreme guide rod.
  6. Brief passes with lighter underneath screw on the underside of slide. Soldering iron on screw. Sometimes just shooting will warm it enough.
  7. Did you make sure the hammer spring/hammer spring pocket isn't the issue? The hammer for sure has full movement backwards? Make sure your recoil spring is suited for the ammo power you're shooting and get extra power extractor spring.
  8. You would need to check to see if extended version is needed. Varies gun to gun due to tolerances. Usually with Titan hammer you'll need one.
  9. With slide off, push the upper sear leg that contacts the firing pin safety down with your finger to make sure sear does lift up all the way. You didn't touch the lower sear leg when fitting safety correct? I have had 2 instances where trigger bar is out of spec.
  10. Pull back manually the hammer with your thumb. If the back of the hammer hits the frame/travels all the way, the hammer spring/spring pocket is fine. It's most likely the trigger bar is worn where it contacts the lower sear leg that lifts the sear during single action. Check that area and also check lower sear leg.
  11. Springs rated the same weight can feel different depending on length, coil diameter, number of coils, etc. This is why some prefer one brand over another even though all are rated same weight. Try the wolff 16lb, PD 16.5lb, stock spring. Make sure ammo plunks/chamber is reamed, primers seated deep.
  12. Most likely the PD 16.5 lb. Choice of hammer can make a little difference. Definitely make sure you have the PD firing pin spring which I'm sure they installed.
  13. Shorter dust cover, more rearward slide movement during cycling.
  14. From my experience, yes. From reports from others and my experience with stock master vs stock 2 guns from 2016 and 2018: fit is tighter with lock up and slide to frame, checkering more consistent, overall trigger was easier to get nice. I think IFG is better importer then EAA.
  15. LOK grips makes small frame grips, not sure if it'll fit your gun though in terms of length and grip profile. Post a pic of your gun.
  16. Test DA and SA with slide on. Interruptor is meant to be used with Titan/PD hammer and one piece sear. You will have to fit the interruptor quite a bit if not.
  17. His vids are great. 8:30 min into video shows him taking out mag release. You would assemble it the opposite way for you.
  18. The bars are the same. Xtreme one just has a coating. The bolo metal hardness is way superior vs the trigger bar metal. The bar will definitely wear first. Also with using the bolo, it is best to use the factory trigger plunger spring and not a super light one. Bolo needs more upward force of trigger bar to push against. Lighter spring will slip the trigger bar underneath bolo when pulling in double action.
  19. If it was working fine, you need to check trigger bar where it contacts bolo ear to see if it's worn/rounded off.
  20. You need to fit bolo. Fit it so the DA works. The contact point of trigger bar is not fully engaging the ear of bolo to push hammer back in DA. The inner curve of bolo leg needs to be fitted so trigger bar travels a bit more forward. There are vids and instructions on this forum how to do that. Does this make sense?
  21. Make sure trigger bar plunger is pushing trigger bar up all the way constantly. Look at trigger bar where it contacts interruptor to see if it's worn.
