I need to correct this post. The tritium night sights are a requirement. I can't have the gun without them. That being said I'm trying to marry the best of both worlds are have the night sight covered and the fastest on target set up. The two I'm basically looking at hard are the trijicon HD and the pro dot from ameriglo. I have wider rear on my 22 and I'm starting to lean the other way wanting a more narrow rear. Wondering if picking up the front sight quickly suffers with that concept.

I bought the /thumlers-tumbler and I am amazed at how clean the cases get. It's low speed low drag.

On my Glock 22 I have ameriglo Glock Pro-Glo Combination set with a front of .140 wide height .165. Rear .180 and .256 overall. The rear seems really wide for my liking. Thoughts. Pros. Cons. Should the front be thinner also. I'm looking at a new setup using tritium. Any suggestions. On this set up I do not want fiber optic fronts. Thanks for the help.

I am buying a glock 34 in the next few weeks and like most I can't just leave it stock. I'm trying to get some input on what sights some are running and the likes or dislikes. I have ameriglow on my 22 but open to suggestions. I will be shooting this for IDPA. Any other mods that readers want to expand on I would love to hear. Thanks again.

Has anyone shot a GoGun® Supercomp brake. I did today on a 16 inch rifle and the muzzle blast could be felt on my hand. Sparks a flying. Is this normal? I didn't have time to inspect it but I'm guessing so. Any input.

I couldn't have said it better myself. That is what I'm trying to determine. I know for instance SAC, the customer service along with the guns are top notch. Mark bends over backwards to make it right. I know Rome wasn't built in a day but some too guys that take 24 months to push out your build also said if it breaks there is a long turn around. That to me is a negative. It's difficult to find review on the custom 2011. Custom rifles you read about personal builds all over the net. Pros and cons. Maybe it's the newbie in the hand gun world and I'm not searching correctly. Thanks for the advice. Keep it coming.

I'm looking to get a custom with a STI frame in 9mm. I'm leaning towards 5 inch, 6 seems long. Not sold on either yet hence the post. Bigger isn't always better says all your wives. ?

Thanks for all the replies so far keep them coming. As far as what I want. Being in the infant stages of custom handguns I'm not sure. What I do know is my budget is 3500 and under. I want to stay in the Tac ops division. I want a Sti 2011 9mm. Crisp trigger 2-3 pounds no creep. Something that eats ammo like a fat kid loves cake and isn't overly picky. Fiber optic sights (although what kind I'm unsure). Basically I want an extension of my arm. Not like the Glock I have that feels like crap shoots left because I don't hold my elbow in a certain way (corrected with some sight adjustment). Hahaha. Time to wait, I would like it by next April. I talked to one smith so far and one secretary, obviously impressed with one and the other should stay baking. Sorry for the lack of info. Any insight would be appreciated.

I want to have a 1911 built. I started my research and came across Dave Dawson, Benny hill and brazo customs. Anyone have a 1911 done by these guys. I know in the rifle world it's SAC, GA precision, Tac ops to name a few. I'm just trying to get a few too builders and see who I click with. Thanks.

Curious if you could build or have built any AR platform for 3 gun what would it be. What sets the ARs to the next level, is it the same concept as a rifle build or are AR builds different. Just gaining knowledge thanks.
