  1. Timothy Ubl of Taccom explains the feed ramp & mag extensions extremely well around the 10 minute mark in this Shooters Mindset podcast / video. http://
  2. ChemistShooter, what's your thoughts on using regular Simple Green in ultrasonic cleaning? I heard that the regular Simple Green can "attack" aluminum. I purchased some Simple Green Extreme, bluish bottle & aircraft safe. It is supposedly safe for all metals, polymers, & plastic. Home Depot, Walmart, & Amazon sell the Simple Green Extreme for about $15-$17/ gallon. It doesn't look like Lowe's carries it. EDIT: Wow, I just checked prices, and they have basically doubled from when I purchased some towards the beginning of last year. Amazon= $35/ gal. Jet.com & Uline.com have it for about $22-$25 / gallon though.
  3. ChemistShooter, to help find your rounds, consider marking them like depicted around the 5 minute mark in this video. Obviously you don't this case gauge to do it. Any plastic or styrofoam holder will suffice. https://youtu.be/f2htXzenn34 Sent using Tapatalk
  4. HDGoose, are you using regular Simple Green or Simple Green Extreme?
  5. Just a suggestion if you decide to use Simple Green, use the Simple Green Extreme one, bluish bottle. It is supposedly safe for all metals, polymers, & plastic. Regular Simple Green can "attack" aluminum. Home Depot, Walmart, & Amazon sell the Simple Green Extreme for about $15-$17/ gallon. It doesn't look like Lowe's carries it. BTW, the Harbor Freight sonic cleaner has worked fine for me.
