They're cheap guns/slides, factory threaded versions, comps made for them. Factory frame for carry, heavy for just shooting or comps, wouldnt mind for a suppressor host.

Wish they would make a heavry steel frame that accepts p-09 slides.

I don't think there is anything wrong with a 8x SFP. Most targets that you're going to be using 6x on 8x would work but better more often than not.

Some are sure but seems people don't see that as a big problem. Lots of people have been buying $5500 Atlas Nemesis in one configuration off the shelf.

Mounted mine up today. It's surprisingly nice for the price. At full MSRP I think a PST gen 2 beats it. At the sub $300 price it's definitely nicer than a strike eagle. Glass is decent, true 1x and a pretty flat image. Dot is not daylight bright. Eye box is good not great. Turrets are the best I've felt for a made in China scope nice tactile clicks. Atsr1 reticle looks good in person the small dots are just big enough to see well and not cover much of the target. The open sections to bracket with I'm not used to but should work fine. Does not come with any type of caps or a battery.

Premium 2011s cost a lot more than they should too so it might still sell time will tell.

I did it with a Dremel then a little sanding by hand.

I've had both and both worked fine. Frame mounted is easier to track and better for the application. Slide mounted is only a plus for a gun that you are wanting to use multiple slides or remove the dot and run sights at some point.

Make more and spend less..

That's just what they do when you order a thumbrest, I assume for both reasons.

Got mine back today. Would definitely recommend them, looks good and they were very fast with great communication.

Probably cheaper to build a comparable or better gun if you're going to end up changing anything on it.

I'm doing a similar project. Have a Brownells 24" 6mm creedmoor with rifle gas. Would a +1 or +2 be much better?

I don't buy that. Even GOOD 2011 parts aren't that expensive and you're paying thousands for labor. The design of this should not require anywhere near as much work by hand.

Hoping the price is reasonable. I'd like to try one out.

I'm in the same boat. I did my own grip reduction, sent it to them for the thumb rest and black nitride should be back soon.
