I have my bullet orders shipped to my work, and the old crotchety mail man bitches the whole time he is unloading them. I use to have them delivered to my home but they kept screwing it up and putting them wherever they could flop them out on the ground.

I have had good luck with the Precision bullets. On average I get 45fps more then a standard plated bullet like a MT Gold.

The magwell is from Novak the rest of the gun was done by CC.

I would go to www.pistolgear.com and check out the barrels they have. They are way cheaper and are supposed to be very accurate.

I went with a buddy of mine to pick up his STI at the gunsmith. The gunsmith had a Chrono what had an armor plate across the front that went up at a 45 degree angle. You could crouch down and the metal blocked the bullets from hitting the Chrono, but when you stood up you could see the screen just fine. I thought it was a pretty cool idea.

I went last year and must say it was probably the best match I have ever been to!!

I personally don't think there is such thing as a "180 trap" stage. Every shooter out there can shoot a stage safely it just comes down to how fast they feel like going and what their tolerance is for being close to the 180.

WOW this thread came back from the dead. This mag well looks a lot like my XD magwell. It is a very nice magwell that took a bit of work to get to operating 100%. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one I like it that much. I had a to shoot a match without it and felt completely lost! Here is a pic of mine on my XD

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mr Thomas last year here in WI at the NRA Annual meeting. We had a great time and learned a lot about our sport from Dave.

Ya it is a lot of dough, but I somehow won a slot this year and there is no way I am not going.

If the weather is as nice as the last Holmen Club match we should be in for a nice treat.

.40 is about 10 lbs per thousand the price works out to right about $20 per thousand in the fourty.

I have two XDs that I shoot in competitions and I have never expierenced what you guys are talking about.

Steel teh XD looks sweet!!! Did you finally get your XD chromed? Oh and the Para is nice too.

I imagine that someday Glock will wake up and see what they can do.
