My vote goes to Springfield Armory or Ruger.
The lower end Springfields (GI, Mil-spec and some loaded models) are made in Brazil.
The Ruger is made in USA.

I load at my work. One of the "perks". It's in a machine shop, usually load after hours but when we get slow I will always have something to work on.

We also use the whiskers. Each bay has 3 different colors, then we have a book that says what stage gets set up on what color for each bay. We also have plates in the ground that are the same colors, but our bays are gravel so they went with the whiskers. The plates get hard to find after some gravel covers them.
When you set up your stands, put them on top of or in front of the whiskers, if the stands are behind the whiskers they get pretty chewed up from lead hitting them.

I will post a picture of mine when I have more posts and am able to do pictures.

I just got into shooting matches this year, so I shoot my everyday carry gun. Bobtailed Ruger CMD. I shoot it in limited 10. Sometime this winter I might buy 5" 1911 and get it ready for next year.

I've always used WST and love it.
I did get a hold of 18 pounds of Scot Solo 1000, I think I like it more than WST.

I think I'm going to try to find one of these shotguns. I've heard a lot of great things!

Good to meet your Patrick! Thanks for letting me check out that pistol.
Maybe I'll see you at Steel Challenge first weekend in October at YVRPA

I'm on the dry side. In Moxee (about 4 miles east of Yakima)

I've seen a lot of threads come up and heard a lot about this forum so I finally joined.
I've been shooting for a while but last April I shot my first steel challenge match. I drove 2.5 hours to shoot another steel match the next weekend. Then I shot a USPSA match later that month. Every since I have shot 2-3 matches a month.
I shoot my bobtailed Ruger CMD in limited 10, the only thing that is different from my daily carry equipment is that I have a 10 round mag in the gun instead of a 7 and 4 10 round mags on my side instead of 2 8 rounders.
I've had a massive breakthrough over the last couple weeks.

Awesome thread! I need to practice slowing down. Like I've been told "you can't miss fast enough"
