Who made your dovetail optic mount?

I've found a couple 90's era small frame Witnesses. Would I have any issues tuning these into decent production or CO guns? I remember when the P9 was the hot sauce. I'd want to mill the slide for an optic, or better yet put in a dovetail mount if they existed for this gun.

I think it only works on Shadow models because it is milled so deep it cuts into the FP block. Won't work on the regular SP01. Shadows seem to be running more than Shadow 2's price wise.

SII in 9mm are just as hard to find right now too. I love my LimPro!

It appears to compete directly with the Razor w/JM reticle. I think the price makes it the winner. $1999, it was over priced, $1299, same as the Vortex, $814, no brainier. Glass is that good. Limited lifetime warranty.

For a cheap lever, I use the breakaway coaster. Got it from a vendor at Rockcastle.

If your testing out the division, get an EGW dovetail mount. I don't feel the need to cut a slide for a low mount. I usually shoot open, and C-mores are usually higher than a dovetail mounted red dot. That way you can go back to prod. easily. Slides on EAA's website were almost the cost of a gun.

It's not a powder issue. Could be: too light of a mainspring, high primers, too hard primers (rifle instead of pistol), short firing pin, etc.

Do you mean 1.12"? 1.20" is awfully long for 9mm.

I used up some Red Dot couple years ago in minor 9, Blue Bullets 147. No complaints, I would use it again.

You're right, wow. Glad I bought a bunch. I haven't kept watch on it since I haven't needed to buy any. Hope it comes back, I don't want to keep searching for the next best thing. Gets tiresome.

Got my C-more C3 mounted in an Aero Ultralight SPR mount. Clarity is excellent. Focus was dead on. I love the lift-to-adjust turrets. I'm comparing it to an older XTR14, XTRII 1-5, & Strike Eagle 1-8. The XTR14 glass is good, and the others lag behind a little. I've always liked the horseshoe dot reticle, but I'm really looking forward to trying this dot reticle. Think of a C-more with a bdc under it. It's lighter & shorter than the XTRII also. The bdc is set up for a 50/200 zero w/55gr. ammo. How easy is that? Close head shots won't need as much "hold high." Too cold & I'm too busy to shoot anytime soon, but still excited. Forgot to mention the price. $814 is too good to pass on this.

Prima V is single base, clean, & cheap. 3.5gr., 147 Xtreme, Fed SP, 1.15". 132PF.

I have a Rock River Arms Scout rail that cantilevers WAY out over the handguard. Then i put a set of Warne rings on it. You can get what ever height rings you want. I use the medium, I think they are 1.5" high. It is a very solid setup, but heavy, and is not QD.

The recent legalization of after market hammers, contrary to the current rule book, has led many to believe the legalization of after market triggers to be imminent. My comment was tongue in cheek. I have no first hand knowledge.

If you like the M1A, skip the Socom & look for a Scout Squad.

Dammit, I hope this C-more is as good as everyone says. That discount was too much to pass up. It still works if anyone else wants one.

What if we just called it Hybrid? It has elements from most of the divisions. It's currently my favorite division. Optic for my eyes, hicap mags cause reloading sucks, minor ammo easier to shoot fast, yet forces accuracy, holster gear is cheaper and more comfortable to wear all day.

I used to get hacked regularly. My brother told me most virus and malware that captures your info is written for PC's. When I stopped using my PC, and only use my iPad or IPhone, I stopped getting hacked. May be coincidence. Now I hear there is viruses that hack your router. Thieves are always working.

Wow, I did not know that! Thanks for the heads up. Price is not great, but it's an option.

I've not seen true jacketed bullets at Xtreme. They have a thick plate on their HP bullets, but it's still plated.
