  1. I run 2 ghost pouches and a magnet. I use glock mags. A 31+4 in the front and a 17 +4 in the other. I use the magnet for my starter mag and to hold my flag.(I have a keyring on it)
  2. I have 2 of Bmillers New Frontier magwells. Good quality.
  3. I use Lucas oil on mine. I clean it every 1000 to 1500 rounds.
  4. I bought a ready rifle last May. I have 5 or 6k on it. I just got a new Oring kit but have not changed them yet. They still look brand new. Have you kept the buffer oiled?
  5. I put a Volquarsten trigger kit in my MKll about 6 or 7 years ago. It is about 1.5 pounds and works great for steel challenge. I has over 30k rounds on it and works great still. The only problem is that is the gun I started my son on. It was a lot of work when he switched to 9mm getting used to a striker fire.
  6. I have a CMC ar9 trigger in one of my PCC's. It works pretty for a $140 trigger. I also have a couple AR Stoner enhanced triggers with JP spring kits that work good for a cheap trigger.
  7. I tried it. Way to dirty for my liking.
  8. I started loading with a used Lee turret I picked up cheap. Then my son started shooting SASP and I quickly realized I could not keep up with him shooting every week. I got a Dillon 550 and later added a case feeder. Now that we are shooting USPSA and steel challenge with my son we typically shoot 6-8K 9mm a year. For me it is worth it to be able to customize our loads. As far as being worth it financially it mainly relies on what your time is worth. For me it's my quite time in the basement.
  9. I had a custom set made a few years ago at the Grand. It was the best $60 I've ever spent on hearing protection. They are comfortable for an entire match. I do pop one out a little for stage briefings and if I am scoring so I can hear them better. I also don't squad with open shooters.
  10. Seems fishy. I found the picture on a forum from a guy that posted his buddy can try it. They are in Florida. https://www.gulfcoastgunforum.com/threads/sunday-idpa-match-december-20.31487/ The picture is from 2015.
  11. I like round hand guards ever since I've got a JP. I have but this one on my back up gun. https://www.ar15handguard.com/tube-15-inch-free-float-handguard-tube-one-piece-free-float-ar15-223-5-56/
  12. I like my TF Goliath and TT 10 +1 extension. I also have 2 40 round ETS mags that run flawless in all 3 of my PCCs. I also have a MBX mini that will not will not run in without a feed issue every once in a while. I've tried it on 5 different Glock mags, a Korean mag and a 31 ETS. It worked the best on the ETS. I've called and emailed MBX and they said to run it on the ETS. Wasn't the resolution I was looking for. So I will stick with TF and TT.
  13. You need to be certified to ship hazmat. It involves taking classes and having permits. People do ship that are not certified but if you get caught there are fines. (Probably most of them selling on gunbroker for 150 a 1000) Best to sell locally face to face.
  14. I have a couple coffee cans full of used primers I would sell cheap. Only once fired.
  15. Here you go. http://www.lewistonpistol.org/LPC_StageDesign/LPC_StageDesignTemplate.pptx
  16. I use power point. I found a template on the web for free. It works pretty good. Walls are the hardest for me to set up in it.
  17. I have 2 from Bmiller on my ATI Millsports and a Taylor Freelance on my JP. Several of my friends also have Bmiller magwells. They all work great. I am really happy with way the TF mounts on he JP.
  18. I have 2 Ender 3 pro and 10 of them at work. They work great. There are some upgrades and tweaks that make them run very smooth. If you get one, let me know and I can give you some pointers if you want them.
  19. I use Montana x-treme and some elbow grease. I also switched to plated bullets to prevent the lead fouling.
  20. I used 1/8 steel without formed up sides. It was more than strong enough.
  21. Thanks for inspiration. Can't wait to try it out at the next match.
  22. Really? I've never seen you make fun of anyone.
  23. I've been completing doing the same thing. I don't like the idea of a 223/300 for home defense. A lot more unlikely to have a 9mm go through a couple walls and hit a neighbor. Especially with hollow points. I'm looking at the Taccom super feed 5.5 barrel to help with hollow point feeding. Most likely use New Frontier variant lower and mill spec upper. It will have an arm brace and Vortex Crossfire. With a 50000 hour battery life I would leave the sight on all the time. I will also mount a 206 laser on it.
