  1. Ive bought from Todd and nereloading. Todd’s stuff was the cheapest and delivered quick and was nicely cleaned. NeReloading’s plus is they typically have same headstamp nickel relatively cheap which runs though an auto driven press nicely or works great for 9major. Downside is it’s nickel and is almost one and done use because it cracks so frequently.

I've got both the PT Aggressive and Cheely Aggressive in front of me. The texture is very similar.

...yes I need to clean my Evo.

They have an Extra aggressive option on the honcho raceshop. I wonder if that is a newer more aggressive version?

I shoot most open targets 5 yards and closer through index without any trouble whatsoever. Had a good example of this at a match last week. 3 targets basically arms length away at the start. I didn't even have the cmore in the line between my eye and the target on any of them and was done with the first 3 targets in 1.58. Those 3 targets were 4A 2C with the charlies being 1/16th inch off the A line in the center of the available target on a no-shoot partial. The hit factor of that area of the stage was about 17 (with the stage HHF being 13ish)...I'll take that every single time. Could I have done better by seeing the dot for every shot? Not likely. The key is you need to have trained enough for that strategy to be viable and completely repeatable on demand. If I was coaching a C class shooter with a crappy index through the match I would have told him to see the dot on every one of those shots. The best strategy depends entirely on the circumstances.

You shot a 1.58 sec (basically Blake Drill) in a match first 3 targets of a stage? thats Impressive.

  4. I had a similar experience with a "reserve "1050. Mine was a super 1050. You have me beat with 30 years though, mine was boxed for about 20 years. I picked it up off a guy on craigslist who bought new and never used it. I didnt really believe him but when we met the package was still sealed. I obviously asked to open it to make sure there was indeed a 1050 in the box. He agreed and admitted he never even cut the tape on the box. Fedex or ups label read 1998 or 2000, cant quite remember exactly the date but it was at the latest year 2000. Press was like above. Zip tied shut and had factory grease on it, looked prestine.. One part was rusted and junked. I believe it was the powder funnel but i swapped it with a MR bullet feeder funnel and didnt need the one part junked anyway.

  5. Race shop pt honcho is under 3k with an aluminum grip, sight block barrel and would come with a ready to go 2lb trigger job. Can’t comment on the solution stock trigger but I know general consensus is factory ck guns have sub par stock triggers. pt is a much better deal imo

adam just called me the gun was comp striking and I left my recoil spring to long and was getting coil bind.

Did you pay shipping again to ship it back again and are you paying shipping to get it home?

I currently shoot a STI Eagle 6in Bull barrel but I’ve been doing some research on custom 2011 builds, I’d love to have  custom atlas but financials can’t fund it. I’ve come dine to a CK arms limited solution with everything I’d like and it’s not a bad deal.

my question, has anybody ordered a gun from CK arms and how was your experience and overall thought of the Gunsmithing?

Have you looked at PT honcho Race shop? You can use their gun builder and price out a Limited only gun one caliber and IMO get a nicer setup for similar or less cost than the CK limited solution depending on options. Example, a sight block Butler cut 40 cal stainless steel evo gripped limited gun comes in under $3200

I missed the veterans day sale by few hours.  Hoping there will be another sale between now and Christmas, otherwise I may be obligated to pick up the new Dan Wesson DWX limited blaster.

A honcho would shoot lights out better than a single action tanfo/cz limited gun.(DWX) unless cost saving is the most contributing factor in that comparison.

    Tevo Sports?

Pretty sure its not a tevo. or an ipsc alex, or an akai, or a double tap sports, not sv.  I dont know of anyone else that makes a double sided.

it looks like the profile of a hamlet dynamics but two sided. I like their mount but not single sided.

Both. Not the absolute best in performance. Not bad Performance and quality but certainly not the best either. Customer service... yea not the best either.
this guy is just racing to 50 posts anyway and I don’t agree with his claims.

If you want the absolute best performance and customer service go with the atlas.  Once you shoot the nemesis you understand that it is different from any other limited gun. To me for my money nothing beats it. And it’s won back to back nationals. Which is dope.  Also atlas customer service is ahead of everyone. They will do whatever it takes to make you happy as a customer. If you have doubts. Call Adam and talk to him about it. After the phone call you won’t have them anymore

i gotta call baloney here and disagree with everything in this post.
