I have the same issue with my Kaw Valley barrel and have to load 125gr blue bullets at 1.100 to plunk. My match loads are 124gr Precision Delta fmj at 1.125 with 3gr of E3 at 135 pf Both of these loads run great and are very accurate.

I am running the Hipertouch EDT with no issues in two different builds.

Does anyone know if this is an issue on the JP bcg also?

Yes a Tanfo Limited. 3.6gr of E3 at 1.150 When i went through my loaded rounds i found 2 that were 1.08 col Wasn't a set back issue as i had a problem on the press that i didn't catch.

That is an over pressure issue. Check your oal on your rounds. I had 2 also in the same gun and after checking all my rounds i found a couple that were short. My oal length with a 200gr is 1.150 at 172pf

I am loving it! It has a good factory trigger out of the box. Mine is in 45acp and it is the most accurate 45 i have ever shot. I also have a limited in 40 and it compares very well to it.

I am loading 1.135 on all mine. The mags will limit you way before the barrel will. It will run 1.150 easy but i haven't went past that.
