Not an IPSC requirement ... I suspect that's more likely something that Belgium NROI has tacked on for their people.
Australia does similar

Most popular here in Australia seems to be the DAA range.

Im in Australia so our range of action type ammo is not great.

~$500 US I believe was last one. If you're asking about match entry.

Thanks guys

Hi Guy's
I'm an IPSC PDO shooter using the 150gn Syntech, which I know is set up for and approved for USPSA match ammo. I do see there's a label on the box that states "" Action Pistol". I've come across the 115 and 124gn that has range on the label. My question is, is it as good for action pistol or is it set up for just range practice for defensive ammo?
Can't find anything of substance on the Federal website.
Thanks.

Cheers I was told yesterday he shot PDO, thanks for the info guys.

Hi Guy's I believe Mason Lane won the Production Optics division is Greece, anyone know what gun he shot? I know in carry optics he shoot s a bit of a gray guns hybrid deal but IPSC has tighter restrictions on the guns.

I've seen guys with time on their hands make their own using a small tub maybe 300-500 gm, cut the bottom out of it and run wire of choice across it. Basically just tamp down on the cases.

A lot here in Australia liked it, but the Exec didn't, apparently it comes down to how many trophies need to be handed out at matches and not what competitors want.
-
They seem to use those questions when it suits them, didn't seem to be a question asked when PDO & PDOL were introduced, I'd suggest if they did there wouldn't have been 2.
-
Probably knocked back because it was not too long ago they dropped PDO Lite. Next GA it will probably be approved after watching how LO goes in USPSA. Would be interesting to be able to know the conversations taking place or just a straight out no vote.

I use my battle belt version reversed which is fine but I see the comp belt is logoéd so that would look the best. It just means the lever is at the top rather than the bottom. Will be interested to see how it goes.

@terrydoc as per the proposal:
15. A handgun in its ready condition (see Section 8.1), but unloaded and with an empty magazine inserted or empty cylinder closed, must fit within the confines of a box which has internal dimensions of 225 mm x 150 mm x 45 mm (tolerance of +1 mm, -0 mm). Note that all magazines must comply. The box must have a cut out in one side to cater for an optical/electronic sight.
Thanks

IPSC shooter here, just curious as to how the LO guns are measured for the division? Do they box them? If so how?

My error, I have the Armory Craft AXG magwell and that works fine as explained, I also have 2 3dprintedgungear steel magwells, I is a full size the same as Sig factory and the other is a 'carry' size which is about half the depth. The full size leaves very little of the mag base exposed but the carry is a little better in that department. Both work fine as they're are meant to.

Only new I think, I got one of their Battle belts last year and an extra inner belt to use with my DAA Lynx with the ratchet. Had I seen this I would have jumped on it.
-
To be honest I don't know what the outcome was, I tuned out once I saw the plate. But don't put yourself in a position that "that guy" could ruin your match.
-
The only thing I've ever seen discussed (IPSC) as a racking device was a sight plate that had 'grip ridges' on it and was advertised as such. I'll see if I can find a pic.
From the website.
"Included on our design are cocking serrations to assist with unloaded starts. Very light weight."

The 320 X series does have a small size grip module in both the polymer and TXG (legion) M&P 2.0 is relatively new product, not steel but alloy grip.
