You did notice my comment was my opinion? First step is to try and fix the original if you can't then you speak to the RM and he will decide, I would hazard a guess if you haven't tried to get it running He will more than likely get you to work out what's wrong and if you CAN'T fix it He would let you swap.
Hi Guy's
I'm having a hard time getting any upgrade stuff for my Stoeger can anyone tell me what other brands fit such as Benelli? looking at bolt handle and scope mounts.
PS :- I'm in Australia so shipping is the main issue.
Hi Guy's
Just picked up a used (new) p320 has anyone got a picture of pre and post recall, I remember seeing a pic with the difference but can't recall what it is.
I run an Apex straight trigger set and get +/- under 2 kg not trigger pull tested but an agricultural 2 litre bottle of water, will use a trigger pull gauge at some point but I know its above the minimum.
Pretty sure they do a mount for both Bladetech pattern and a different one for Safariland. Or at least they used to.

Had mine fitted here in Australia, the gunsmith used the Holosun plate and shortened it a couple of mm then drilled and tapped 2 holes in the slide with the plate reversed. Works great have shot a couple of matches with it and am loving it.
The bladetech has a tendency to point the muzzle in towards the wearers thigh due to its angle. BOSS is probably the way to go although there are a few similar designs out there now such as the Springer precision.
The Bul are a very popular option here in Australia regardless of the model, whether Open gun, Standard (limited) gun or Classic (single stack) guns, great value for money options and 5 mags out of the box.
