the rounds made on the 650 still have the same problem with dillion full length dies. I lube the outside and the inside of case.

I have a stag 3t,any type of factory ammo runs fine. my brother recently gave me single stage lee press with rcbs small length dies. I lube all the cases and the neck I set the die all the way down to the shell holder an then turn it back an 1/8'. all the rounds do not seat do to the shoulder not being bumped back enough. ive tried trimming the brass, backing out and backing out the decapper rod. I then reloaded rounds on a friends Dillon 650 all passed chamber check, at the match today I had 8 FTF not even a mark on the primer an had to slam the buttstock while pulling the charging handle to eject the rounds. another guy told me my chamber might be to tight and told me about having a gunsmith ream out the chamber. does any one have any ideas on the matter?
