1. Sell the barrel and get new one or 2. Change the gas system to mid length. Use low profile gas block upside down on your old carbine gas place and then drill new hole for mid length gas. I changed my system opposed way. The Remington barrel was 22" and it was cut down to 14,5" and new middy gas system was installed. This is how it shoots now on 150m with 51gr Lapua CE bullet.

Old fashion way. Find a nice thick growing pine on your yard and smack the barrel against it. Then test it and if the POA is correct you are done. Otherwise repeat the procedure.

You should seriously think Uronen Precision. It is made for competing, price is a bit on a high side but so is quality. Quite a many of top European ipsc shooters uses UP. I believe you are right if we compare it to per capita rate. We have only 5.3 million inhabitants.

For open chamber the quickest method I believe for load 2 system is to take that normal pair of ammo, throw 1 inside, pres the extended bolt release and put the other round normally in the tube. For load 4 method on option 3 start (bolt open and tube empty) quickest way is to use magnet shell holder.

I peg to say different. You haven't tried FIN load 2/4 systems yet which are not in public sale. There was also sales booth on Shotgun World Shoot offering load 2 systems which can be used also on load 4 method. My wife bought 1 belt for souvenir 50 eur. I would make a bet that almost every division on SG WS 2012 match is going to be win by load 2 or 4 technique. (not open division). Same thing on ladies categories, juniors and seniors. My wild bet for standard lady winner is young lady Miculek. She has done excellent job on that match.

Nice video but it won't work with current main stream load 2/4 techniques.

Just my bad luck. I ordered the Akdal from my dealer last year and have not received it yet. I supposed to compete with it on World Shoot but had to take my Benelli instead. So I competed in pre match with my Benelli on standard division.

51gr Lapua CE for 0-300m if not windy. 55gr Lapua for 200-300m if windy. There is no need for heavier bullets on IPSC rifle.

We had SG match last weekend with 8 stages on it. Our new "Han Solo" guy beat the crap out of everyone on modified division. The second place guy got only 73% of his match points. On stage 4 his time was 18,16 and points 120. The second got time 26,46 and 82 points of him (68%) On one speed shoot, 8 plates down with time 2,78 (Option 1 start)

On my Colt AR-15 7.62x39 upper with Wolff ammo it says only click but reloaded ammo with CCI primers it says always bang.

They were our scouts Top guys are still at home drinking beer. Adrie, did you look at the Danish Open Rifle results? There were only 4 of our guys and all got personal medals. I will sure try to come Bulgaria if my wallet allows. If not then there will be only my wife from our family. Estonia Open Rifle match is end of this month and many of our top rifle guys are there.

This is very interesting info because region Finland received 19 slots on first round and make application for 16 extra slots. The result was that Finland received 0 extra slots even though region UK received 21 extra slots and total 30 slots. Region UK is less than half size of region Finland.

Change it when it breaks.
