I have a lightly used 5" 2011 STI. It has been modified with slide cuts, trigger job, grip mod's, etc. I am failure to extract the spent casing causing double feed issues. The extractor appears fine. Any recommendations?

Lol. No, it is a real Benelli. The tube is relatively new probably only shot 4 matches with. The shells getting jammed are sporadic. Sometimes first shell or two sometimes at the end. Not sure how much of the spring was cut off. I will get one and try it out. Thanks.

I have a Benelli M2 3 gun shotgun. It has run great until my last match. I usually shoot low brass shot, typically 1150 fps ammo. During the most recent match I shoot some high brass 1300+ fps ammo and suffered several malfunctions. The malfunction was a failure for next round to load. Basically never left the tube. Any reason why? I do have a low mass bolt so is it possible the low mass bolt is cycling too fast with the high velocity ammo causing the next round to hang up on the lifter? If so, is the fix simply a factory bolt?

Thanks DRichardson. To be clear from the other questions. I have plenty of adjustment on the cmore optic itself. The cmore and mount are perfectly aligned but when I attach the mount and scope on the pistol the scope/mount longitudinal axis isn't directly over the slide/barrel axis. I was just concerned as it looks odd. I will zero tomorrow and shoot and a round and let you know how it goes. Thanks for the great advice.

I bought a new mount for my sti open gun. It had a 90 degree mount but I wanted the traditional one. When I mounted it and the scope I noticed it was not oriented in line with the slide axis, long ways. Meaning it is slightly offset to the left when taking aim. Is this normal or do I need a different mount?

Lol. I know and do dry fire drills every day. Just looking to speed up the learning curve a tiny bit.

I have an STI open pistol with a side mount c-more. I have trouble picking up the red dot on draws. Is it any easier or have advantages to have the top mount? Obviously practice will remedy most issues but was curious about any advantage or disadvantage. Thanks in advance.

I shot both open and limited. How should I sight it in if I don't have any type of clamp? Seems like off hand is not consistent enough.

I have shotgun with an opened port but I still struggle when quad loading because I hit the forehand. Does it help to cut it down and if so how much can I cut it down without compromising the integrity of the forehand.
