There is a 19 page thread on the things Airforce2 was having problems with. I have a JM and the VM Comp. after the small "touch ups" to get it to load smooth ( now it sucks shells right in) a couple thousand rounds through it with zero failures, you couldn't give me a JM. These guns are tanks. The take a beating and keep asking for more, clean, dirty, wet, dry , off your shoulder, it doesn't matter they just run. Couldn't be happier. But these bugs should have never left the factory.

Once I got the shell catch and lifter right, it was a 100% better load than my JM. I also trimmed the magazine spring twelve inches past the magazine tube. The more I've loaded the easier it has loaded. Also as far as Full Choke tubes. CDNN has Remington Pro bore chokes for $15.

Mine runs best with Fiochi 7/8 LR slugs LM choke. Have not tried the federal Truball my friend tells me his shoot them spot on with any choke.

As far as I know the only thing that voids the warranty is modifying the receiver. The lifter wears.

Has anyone looked into whether, or not, the Lancer plus 4 mag tube extension will fit ?

I have put over 1000 rounds through it. Just cleaned it . Not one malfunction. Couldn't be happier.

Wait til you need something like a firing pin or extractor and they won't sell it to you because they say "it's a controlled part". No more Mossy's for me because of their CS, or lack there of. A team mate broke an extractor on his Versa max when a cart fell over. Called Remington, they sent him two and was at his house in 48 hours. As a result I now run Remington.

Oscarmike I'm sure you'll like it. Love mine. Even with the little Tweeks. Runs smooth, fast cycling and reliable. It has a ton of value.
