I'd also take a look at the T3x TAC A1 or the offering from Bergara. I've seen them in competition and they are both very accurate with factory ammo. Lots of options available for the Bergara as it shares aftermarket parts with the Rem 700.
Another vote for Core Shooting. I took the Advanced Precision Rifle Course with Scott Satterlee up here in WA. Great course and he brings in other top shooters to help out.
My vote would be the Gen II. I currently own a few PST's and they are great scopes for the money, but they don't compare to what you get with the Gen II.
Here is my RPR 6.5 with my Gen II before i sold it.
Can't really speak to the CK grips but here are a few pictures of the frames as well as my PT grips

Since March 17th - S/S standard grip. The delay is attributed to their outside wire vendor. Wait times will improve as they are bringing that work in house.
I have both a standard STI and a slightly reduced STI with grip tape along with the DVC grip. The DVC grip is noticeably smaller profile than the standard STI and requires me to shift my grip a little more to hit the mag release - I'm afflicted with left handedness so this may not apply to you. The undercuts are really nice and the texture is definitely more comfortable than I was expecting.
I'm patiently waiting for mine.
