Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. I know but there hasn't been a post in a long time on that topic so I thought this may get more traffic thus leading to a answer sooner. I'll put it in both.
  2. I have a Savage FCP 110 338 Laupa on order as well as a Night Force ATACR 5-25x56 F1 MOAR on the way. The only thing I am missing are the rings. Does anyone know what size/height of Night Force Rings I need?
  3. I am building a 300 AAC Blackout with a 8.5 inch barrel that will have a Surefire muzzle brake on the end. I will will be attaching a Surefire suppressor on it as soon as the suppressor is approved. I plan to put a 11" rail on the SBR. I was wondering what would happen if my hand was near the muzzle brake while on the rail. The gun will mainly be shot suppressed but I would like the option of shooting non-suppressed as well. I was just wonder the effects of the blast on my hand. So far my only plan is to put a hand stop so my hand doesn't go past the end of the muzzle brake. Has anyone came ran accross this situation or have any advise to offer? I am looking to have the suppessor stick out of the rail by only a couple inches.
  4. The rear sight is awesome straight from the factory!
  5. I shoot LAX reloads and have never had a problem. I hope the gun is repairable and the ammo company fixes what they have done. Glad to be safe and keep your safety glasses on!
  6. A .40 is a much more versatile round. It will work for production but also for limited. Why not be able to go up if you decide you want to switch divisions.
  7. Being retired is the best job to start competitive shooting...
  8. Welcome to the forums. I am from Nebraska as well. Where/what do you shoot?
  9. With mine I tighten as much as I can with that little crappy wrench. I figure that should be tight enough to work. Mine has never came loose.
  10. Great idea, email will be sent!
  11. I have a KKM conversion barrel. I have compared it to Lone Wolf and would agree the KKM looks better but does it perform better? I have never noticed a difference in accuracy or reliability.
  12. I'd say to watch the rest of the match then go to get a Dairy Queen blizzard. If you get DQ'd then get DQ, that's how I boost my morale back up.
  13. Sounds like a great plan. I would consider a g35 with a conversion barrel instead of a g34. Then when you want to switch from production to limited you can run major power factor. I wish someone would have told me this two years ago.
  14. I would buy a g35 gen 4 and use a conversion barrel to run 9mm until you are ready to make the jump to limited major. For $105 bucks you can run 9mm through your g35!
  15. Having a conversion barrel is the answer you are looking for. One gun with two calibers.
