After that Jeff put a new sv safety on and with a proper grip. The gun now has 5000 rounds on it with zero problems.

That's not what happened I had just got the gun and my grip wasn't right. My thumb was under the safety and during recoil it bumped the safety up when the slide returned to battery. It only happened once, but it created a small Crack and after 1000 rounds the left side arm of the safety just cracked of during dry fire.

He also backs up his work. I only live about 30 minutes from him. If I have any problem he tells me to bring the gun to him after a match on Saturday's. Not that I've had any problems that weren't my fault like clicking up the safety during firing and breaking it off or my ammo.

Doubled on accident

I have about 3200 in mine with out magazines. But the infinity hybrid barrel and infinity titanium comp were very expensive. That's a 330 dollar barrel and a 328 dollar comp. I think I'm going to build a new top end with a bull barrel and a binary engineering comp. That would cost less than the hybrid barrel.

Call Jeff Abernathy at Tommy Guns. He built my open gun on a sti frame and Caspian slide with infinity hybrid barrel and titanium infinity comp for very resonable. And he has a quick turnaround time. He also does really good chrome work.

I'm reloading 38 super comp. My load is 8.6 4756 1.123 oal. I'm getting some rounds that are way long. And the ones that are wrong have no case tension. I can pull the bullet out of the case with my fingers. Not good. Does anyone know how to fix this or what is causing it. It only happens with my used brass not with new brass. Thanks Daniel

I have a xdm 5.25 45acp. This year I have put 10000 xtreme 230 rn through it. Only thing replaced was the recoil spring at 7500 rounds. Other than that no issues and super accurate.
