I prefer 26” with a rear dovetail sight. Longer sight radius is nice for slugs. I’d go longer rather than shorter for this reason.

I broke the original off. I was leaning hard into a barricade and when it cycled it sheared the handle clean off. 30+ round all shotgun stage off a Duck tower. Gun jammed up and left 14 targets standing. It was sweet. Started carrying a pocket knife after that one

I have TMMS and ELS. I prefer the smaller size of the ELS. The tab in the TMMS can jab into your leg/waist/junk depending on if the tab is up/ down when in goofy shooting positions. But if you already have tek locks, it would be cheaper to buy TMMS. That’s what I did until I switched everything over to ELS.

You can do it without sanding, but have the potential for issues. If you sand it, that potential goes away.

Of the two mentioned, RHT

DK is great. You can get the whole kit, or just the adjustable bar and put in your own connector, etc. I would recommend his product

Installed the ratchet on my ELS and my DAA belt. Easy install and would never consider not having a ratchet now. SOOO much better!

DK and Zev connector

Highly recommend a 34 over the 35 if predominantly for 3 gun. Less recoil, higher mag capacity, cheaper to shoot.

I preferred the Zev, but everyone has an opinion on what they think is best

I ran a DK Custom in my 34 with Zev connector. It Was a great trigger

I like Lucas extreme duty. Mainly cause it works and I pick up enough free samples to last a lifetime. Use it on all my guns without issues.

I love my JP stuff. I wanted a JP but also wanted to tinker, so I built one with a lot of JP parts. It’s my tac ops 3 gun rifle and has been extremely reliable. I would not hesitate one bit to buy a complete rifle or build with their parts. They are kinda spendy, but the quality speaks for itself and they look a lot sexier IMO

I’ve been running a Dawson Edge CRP for 3-4 years in 3 gun. Runs like a champ. It’s 80% of an Atlas for 50% of the cost

I had about 3K on mine when the hammer struts in the trigger group exploded during a match and tweaked some other parts. couldnt get all the parts in a timely fashion so I bought a new trigger group for it. I'm sure it's quite uncommon but if something can break, it will happen to me

I bought a Stoeger 3020 compact for my daughter, its a nice gun for the money. Was about $500. I wish I had bought a Franchi Affinity instead as they are a little nicer gun but I'm still happy with the Stoeger for what it is.
