Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Is the hornady not fast enough? Or is it just the noise? I made a plexiglass lid for my hornady and it makes it a lot quiter.
  2. I know they will work at 8-10 inches apart. I'll look for a part number. I might have a set I can spare. What are you trying to do?
  3. can i see some more on your autodrive? ive been toying with the idea of building on. thanks
  4. @jmorris the fiber optic switch i used is for an elevator. its used when you have twin hydraulic pistons to make sure there traveling the same. there originally set up for 24v but seem to be working just fine at 12v. they were on my van and free is why i used them.
  5. i had a primer buzzer do that on my old 550 i gave it a whack on my bench and it went back to working. its probabley dirty contacts on the switch
  6. I saw nearly the same comment posted somewhere and have looked everywhere to find it again, I can't recall who said it but it gave me the impression they had used 10s of thousands of the KVB-556M successfully and I wondered what the difference was. AFAICT, KVB223 - normal small rifle primer, non magnum KVB223M - same charge as above, thicker cup (e.g. for autoloader/AR use) KVB556M - magnum charge and thicker cup, more like CCI #41 not sure this is correct i asked powder valley about this before i bought mine and this is there response KVB223 are not suitable in an AR. An AR firing pin could puncture the primer cup. If you like and use Federal Small Rifle primers in any application you will love the KVB223 Both of the M primers are suitable in the AR. Opinions are endless regarding which one is preferred. It really comes down to personal preference. The 556M and 223M are hotter than the 223. The 223M is reported to be the hottest.
  7. .50 ae case works great it can easily hold 25-30 grains of hp38. I do like they said above ill measure 1drop and then I measure 10 drops to get my average.
  8. Mopar part# 4885206AB I already moved it out from my original. No issues with it dropping. I took my dremal and chamfered all the joints on the PVC
