  1. Huh? Also looking for feedback on V3.
  2. I've bought one new Stoeger shotgun. I'll never buy another!
  3. Well, FWIW, mine has been working flawlessly so far with my V7 Ti BCG.
  4. Why don't they just test them with Ti carriers and remove the disclaimer? AFAIK, don't a lot of people use them successfully with Ti carriers?
  5. Just go out and enjoy it. These new gun rollouts sometimes get dragged-out for months & months. You got a good deal on your VMT!
  6. If anyone catches wind of when these will be available please post up!
  7. Mark, They do mention a competition model is in the works!
  8. Wow! I can't wait to get one. Sign me up !!!!!!!!
  9. I've always just used a little dab of grease on mine.
  10. Good luck with that ken! A few years back I heard about another Turkish made "Benelli Inertia System Clone", the Stoeger M2000. Soured me on Stoeger and Turkish guns for good. I hope you have better luck with yours!
  11. If ever there was a "do-it-all", easy to clean and maintain shotgun, the Versa Max is it. Can't believe I'm the first in this thread to point that out.
  12. GD64, the 28" VM barrel is the best size to have cut to 24". The rib posts work out just right for that length cut. The 26" works best for 22".
  13. Glad to hear that! It's a worthy platform! (coming from an early '90's adoptor of the Benelli inertia system and now a believer in the VM).
  14. I haven't owned the other two, but I liked my Versa Max so much I bought another.
  15. Tell me about it. I went through all the proper channels through their website for a simple (unrelated) question on 2/1/14. Haven't heard anything back as of yet.
  16. Stock w/night sights. edit: oops; Glock extended slide releases, nevermind.
  17. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but the one in the link for the forarm won't work on a Versa Max will it? (Because of the recess for the nut)
  18. I used the swivel stud that came on the clamp up front but for the back I'm using an Urbino stock so I now have multiple options there. I just noticed the stock that it came with has an attachment point; why not use it and the one on the front?
  19. OOPS! Missed Therealkoop's comments above.
  20. I think he means low-cost CYL bore tubes.
  21. This. I agree with! More familiarity with less guns is best!
