  1. No it would not be. Rule 8.1.7.1 disallows compensators of any type including hybrid or ported barrels.
  2. I am not sure about the PX4 compact: is it legal for BUG or CCP only?

    P30L slide lock

The choice as to whether go to slide lock or not is stage related, so I don't think a general statement is in order. In IPDA I am used to the P30 in the past and now the VP9 slam shut when I insert a magazine with some zeal. Very nice feature to have.

    VP9 Experience

I too am left handed and shoot a VP9, no need to mutilate it because I came from a P30, so the paddle release is what I am used to. I find it very shootable in IDPA, accurate smooth and reliable.
  5. Thank you all for the replies. So no videos, no illustrations on how to go about it? When you remove the tool head, no powder falls off?
  6. i have reloaded for a couple of years with a 550, and have become decent at it. I am a one dog show, always reload 9mm and always with Accurate 5. As my supply dwindles, I have to face the new problem to change powders, something I have never done. Is there a video online explaining how to swap powders? Instructions that are preferably visual? Thank you!

    P30L slide lock

The P30 is supposed to go to full battery when you load a full mag, nothing wrong there. I would say that you find this to be an advantage for you then use it, why shy away from it?
  8. Hi, am mostly a pistol shooter, run a G34 in IDPA but for 2014 I want to focus on the H&K P30L LEM. Have a bunch of guns, SIGS Glocks Beretta's. I reload, but am completely confused by the wealth of information on this site and the knowledge of many people. I basically do 9mm on a Dillon 550b, switch between bullets weights and would like to try a few powders I read about if only I could order them.
