Hey Darren, I know this post is from a while ago but in case you were still wondering or if someone else had the same question, I would suggest the leupold vx-3L 6.5-20x56mm side focus target with the target dot. I would not recommend a fixed power or fov. As you get better u may want to use a higher power for those small targets at 90 yards or change it on the fly for the close targets.
