I didn't think anyone shot L10 lol
-
The advantage of shooting minor is the 10 rounds. I would get Tripp, Wilson, or whatever runs good in your gun in 10 rounds and plan you stages like a production shooter.

I use the aluminum STI magwell shaved down and I use stock STI base pads I am going to modify the magwell further to allow me to grab a mag out if it gets stuck just in case
-
Are they IPSC legal also? (Standard)

I now wish I got my eagle in .40 to have a back up gun for USPSA but the 9mm shoots so soft
-
I see that now it also hit the Area 6 Facebook page shortly after I posted this

Your not going to make GM at your first match. Just get out there and shoot if you don't care where you finish it won't matter.

Welcome or I also shoot in the Central Florida area hope to see you out at a match soon

The magic number was 11 but it looked like everyone got in the ones with the most point are able to select what days they want to shoot first.
-
I have 10 points and I doubt if someone sent in a check they are going to turn them away
-
How many points do you think one will need to make the first cut for nationals? I've heard stories in the past of people with one or two points getting in. That may have been from the random draw but what do you think the magic number will be this year?

I went cheap on the upper and bcg I splurged on the trigger and barrel and of course optics.

Word on the street is it doesn't fit in the box can someone confirm
clays on ground
in USPSA/IPSC Rules
Posted
Ive seen this twice in the past month so i thought i would ask.
Matches are using Clays on the ground as "mines" and if you step/break one you receive a PE.
What if any is the legality of this?
The first match was a 3 gun match and I know outlaws can run anything the Match Director thinks up. But the 2nd match was a Level 2 USPSA match so I'm sure they have rules to follow. Please enlighten me. Thanks.
