There were no issues whatsoever at 2 Gun Nats, other than those that pulled out of the match.

I had my heart attack almost 2 years ago at a shoot. Glad you made it. Certainly an emotional ride for a while. Hang in there and you can push through to get back to normal.
-
Shooters are the best people. Glad you are having that kind of experience as well.

That's why I'm asking, because it's not available on the PS registration and people want to plan ahead.

What is the shooting schedule?
All day Saturday, Sat/Sun AM, etc?
They haven't posted any squadding possibilities, yet. So, long story short, not possible to answer your question yet.

Tried doing a search here and on the wild wild web and had no results so I apologize in advance.
Does the Berry's Steel Open have rules published anywhere? Is it USPSA rules?
My main concern is POWER FACTOR.
Is it minor for all divisions or no power factor?
Thank you in advance.
Every shot is at steel. So, no major/minor scoring.

Would that be Nampa, Idaho? I'm in Utah. Would be a very doable trip for a "travel" match for me.
Yes, in Nampa Idaho.

I've used many thousand pieces of brass from Diamond K. No complaints, at all.

I wish you the best of luck. I've been searching and not been able to find any either. If you have some luck, I'd love to hear about it.

3rd year of shooting this match. It's a great time and great bunch of guys and gals that work hard to get it done. A special thanks to the 4H for having food ready for all the shooters.

It was my last chance. I have severe neuropathy in both my hands, which doesn't allow the grip to be maintained long enough to shoot 8 shots in a row, without having to regrip the pistol.
PCC came along at just the right time for me to continue to enjoy and support the shooting sports.
You are a lucky guy to have a wife that joins you in having fun.
Best of luck to both of you.

I'm shooting a Canik TP9SFx in carry optics, and I think it's a great gun. Minor mods will get you great reliability and the best striker trigger pull out there. Magazine availability might be an issue. You could do worse!

You convinced me. Me and a buddy coming from Wyoming.

JP or Nordic Components would be my two best choices. I personally have a Nordic and so do a few of my friends. They flat out run.

Merry Christmas!

I never remove my compensator. I just put enough liquid in my sonic cleaner to submerge the compensator and run it for a few minutes. Then take a brush to it to finish.
-
What Sarge said. What you are looking for is as much gas as possible to work the compensator.
-
If you are running that close to not making Major, I would put in more powder, if all says it is safe. What you are loading may make major where you are and never make it at a single match. The next possible would be using a different chrono to see if it is reading right.

I’m new to the PCC game and I got a Nordic.
Absolutely love this sucker!...now I know why folks shoot them.
i did replace the trigger with a Geiselle I had laying around.
I think I know you. LOL

I would check to see if the trigger bar was rubbing on the inside of the frame. More than likely that is what was causing the issue.

Not arguing what caused your problem. Just trying to understand how a new Blitzkrieg would solve it. Was the buffer hyd.s not working?
Thanks for the responce.
I don't know that it will solve the problem, but I am willing to try it. I cannot find anything wrong with the Blitzkrieg from the outside of it. It still seems to work just like it did when I received it. I put it in the buffer tube and it may fire 1 round or 20 and then I will have a jam (failure to extract/eject). I put in my stock buffer and all the mags (same mags and ammo) I tried worked perfectly. I had previously taken the buffer and spring out and cleaned the tube just to see if something might have gotten in there. Took it back out and had the same problems. I wish I could put a finger on why and what was actually causing the problem, but I cannot.
Here is what I do know:
1. Worked with Blitzkrieg for 10 months.
2. Started getting multiple failures per mag.
3. Removed Blitzkrieg and replaced with stock buffer.
4. Runs everything I put in it now.

I have never heard of an USPSA safety card. Nor have I heard any rumors about lifting/raising the magazine capacity.
