I just use a rag with a light coat of Ballistol on it. Works perfectly.

Highly recommend giving some 135s a whirl. I like the balance between snappiness or 125s and slow push of 147s.

The orthotics have a lift in them - similar to wearing boots. Something about lifted shoes reduces the strain. Don't know the mechanics but the doc mentioned it. What has helped me most is an anti-inflammatory cream/pain killer that the doc prescribed. It is compounded and you rub it on couple times a day. Getting better slowly....

VVN320 is some awesome stuff. I'd use it exclusively if it weren't so expensive. It works great for suppressed loads - single based, fast burning powders are noticeably quieter.

Good friend of mine uses those on his Tang. I've always been concerned of what would happen if you had some type of ammo blowout. Pretty rough on the old hands. Never had it happen to me, but was shooting a match when a guy shot what was probably a double charged round in a Glock. Gun was fine, but it blew the mag out of the gun.

I have an Accu Shadow 2 from CZ Custom. Love the gun, but thinking of changing out the grips. Any recommendations?

I got mine straight from CZ Custom. Not sure how they lighten it but DA pull is light and smooth. You might want to check with them or Cajun Gunworks for possible mods.

I use 135 grain coated (Acme) loaded to about 130PF. Shoots very flat and accurate. Just love that gun.

Keto is too tough for me. I have fasted a couple of times and taken the Keto supplement which fasting.

On day 2 of the orthotics. Doc said to only wear for 2-3 hours a day at first. They seem to really help.

I was hardcore Paleo for about 2 years. Early 40s and ripped. Problem was that I found it to be a miserable existence. Back to the old ways and gained 25 pounds. Guess I need to find the discipline to stay on it because I know the extra weight can't be good for me.

Agree 100%. Used wrist wraps for about a year doing Crossfit and it really messed up a few things. Work on the flexibility and most of the pain will go away.

Good luck! Incorporate just a couple of dry fire practice days per week and you will progress rapidly.

I am on a fairly aggressive stretching program and that has helped. Picking up orthotics tomorrow...fingers crossed
