Just set up the loader, and all is working well actually. But I do have a question about which powder bar is the one to use.
I'm throwing Bullseye for a .45 ACP. Does either the small or large bar tend to throw a more accurate measure?
Which would you guys recommend for 4.5 - 5 gr. of bullseye? I have turned out about 600rds, and they show no signs of excessive pressure, but when I weigh a few, they deviate from 2 to 4 tenths sometimes. I try and maintain a consistent stroke of the machine, but just can't quite seem to get it dialed in. That being said, I am weighing on a Hornady digital, and it doesn't want to 'lock' in each time.
I will go old school and back it up with a beam scale to double check. I just don't have my old Redding in my hand at the moment.
Please consider, this is all coming from an old single stage/trickler guy.
New to the forum, and appreciate your help.
