  1. Has anyone out there seen or heard or know where I can find a shotgun soft case with a big enough pocket or pouch to hold web gear and chokes, choke tool, and extra fiber optics. I have looked all over the www.?????????????????.com and they all seem to have just enough pocket to hold choke tubes only or something similar in size. Thanks
  2. Pro Grip? What is that now? I am sure I need some of that too. Pro Grip Whoa! Is that for during or after the match? Your Choice Just ask for Merlin or Ty and they will be glad to let you try some.
  3. Do you have a physical address for the range so I can put it in my GPS? This is the address we have 4999 Westville Road Van Buren, AR 72956
  4. Pro Grip? What is that now? I am sure I need some of that too. More Pro Grip It dries up really quick on your hands and keep them dry or tacky
  5. Pro Grip? What is that now? I am sure I need some of that too. Pro Grip
  6. The Corpus Christi/Triangle Shooting Sports/Coastal Bend Shooters Bunch will be there, at least most of us. It aint the heat it's the humidity that helps those slippery shotgun shells slip right out of your fingers. Pro Grip! Pro Grip! and more Pro Grip! LOL Just ask Benny
  7. For all of you that did not get to witness the 2009 JP Rocky Mountian 3 Gun awards ceremony it was something to behold for all times. I of course was not anywhere near the top finishers (stop laughing Ty) however that gave me more time to really see just how generous this bunch really is. My younger brother used to shoot and he once told me that shooting is not a very giving sport or that you dont get any return. I beg to differ as some of you have witnessed for years as I am a fairly new shooter this was one experience I will never forget, just getting to shoot at the NRA Whittington Center was awe inspiring but this is really about the enormous amount of giving I witnessed not only for James but for the junior shooters as well. I especially was moved by JP's speech and have taken alot of things for granted like being able to shoot and having all your limbs, you get my point. Anywho just wanted to applaud those who go out of their way to make this sport what it has become today and say how much i enjoyed being able to witness it. Oh ya wish you were there Dad, Merlin.
  8. Can you guess who built this one?
  9. you mean to tell me your dad is benny hill and your askin us hosers for advice? and whats with the glock? thought your dad kept one in the pickup but I didn't realize he made you shoot it! welcome to the forums, Son! I too thought TSS was in diar need of a new site. gonna go take a look. thanks for the update! The GLOCK is what he started me out with, and have always been fond of, but he built me STI EDGE/EAGLE and I love it! As far as the advice goes I sit in front of a pc all day at work and I just like to see what the masses think, 2 heads better than mine! LOL Thanks I'm glad to be a part of the shooting community, for some reason I was never really interested in the sport until now, who knows!
  10. Hows that, that's just my carry gun, the glock, and had no other pics anyway.
  11. For years my dad (benny hill) has been making some of the finest custom guns money can by, and has allways had this website that did not really do his work justice, but recently that has all changed thanks to some fine friends of his and mine for that matter, so check it out when you get a chance TSS Website
  12. Well I finally got one in at one of our local matches. Still bummed that I went all the way to Wicita Falls (Double Tap) & Friendswood (Space City Challenge) and neither had a classifier. I have come to realize, what is the rush I will be shooting for years to come hopefully and at that time I will recieve that little letter by my USPSA #. Big deal HUH LOL the more I think about it the more I laugh at myself. Thanks all.
  13. Ya I'm in Corpus, I'll get it done, just dont have every weekend off, and have no problem traveling to Houston. Just got back from Double Tap (Thanks To Merlin who couldn't make it) but there were no classifier stages, bummer. I am signed up for Space City though so hopefully they will have some. Thanks I was all worried about classifying when I started. excuse the pun but, you gots to "chill" I wish I shot my classifiers over a longer period of time giving me the experience and confidence to shoot a classifier w/o the stress, knowing I have some experience, I got a little faster, I had time to study all the various classifiers instead of just walking in blind and saying..CLASSIFY ME! trust me a U is not such a bad thing. when you start shooting different divisions you'll probably only have 1 classification and 2 Unclasssifieds. thats where I am now. If I didnt break my back, and move out of state, I probably would be classified in L-10, and possibly open, but still unclassified in production. I'm a B shooter in limited until my next 2-3 classifiers I am hoping. dryfire practice and the removal of my brace is speeding me up quickly. No offense to you texans, but I never once thought of living there until I read this thread. Shooting a match every couple of months in Vegas/AZ sucks! It always seemed like another planet to me. I BMX raced at gilley's for ABA nationals when I was 12 and I was friggin scared of the place! After hearing about all these matches every week, and all the really cool texans I met here on the forums makes me think another planet could be a good change. Anyone need a salesman out there? What are u good at selling?
  14. WOW had no idea this was such a sore subject. Just wondering, I guess I should not wonder about things that are not clearly stated in the rule book. Thanks for all the input.
  15. I have been wondering about this for a while, and this may have allready been addressed but here it goes. Can you use something like a spent casing or a tree branch to prop up your gun on stages where you have to start with your gun laying on a table or flat surface? I've seen some new additions to the open guns that mount on the optics, but this is really about a limited gun, and maybe it has something to do with OPEN or LIMITED and so fourth, anyway just curios. Thanks
  16. Ya I'm in Corpus, I'll get it done, just dont have every weekend off, and have no problem traveling to Houston. 17. One match and you are classed Here ya go----- Special Classifier match, 4 classifier stages and 2 field courses. April 26, 2008. Dundee Oregon. Bill Thanks, but that would be a long haul!
  18. Speaking of classifiers, Anybody have any idea how I can get classified fairly quickly or do you just have to wait forever? LOL
  19. Looking for an easy way to get the manual and prts list for this loader, any ideas?
  20. Was that document meant to have the stage layout or just the text?
  21. Exactly the kind of input I was looking for. Thanks
