Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Double check the shell plate , that its on right and its adjusted down to hold the case. Don't forget the set screw on the ram. readjust the cam and use a case in the shell plate to adjust to. Check that the case is not grabbing the colored cup as it is pushed out. Make sure station one locator is in its location an is flat.
  2. Is there more to removal than just pushing out the pin for the back strap? Is there any connection to the front of the grip? Also, how much extension do you think you would need to put on the stock magazine to make it functional with magwell? I'm debating between using a rubber extension pad with the stock mag vs a new extended baseplate. I haven't figured out which of he extended baseplate are the premium ones that don't disassemble when dropped. Thanks Bob The magwell screws to the steel plug that goes in the bacck strap. So you can unscrew the well and the plug stays in the pinned backstrap. There is nothing to remove on the front of the gun. The stock mags like about 1/8 inch to lock up , sholud be able to bevel base pad and add on a slam pad for extension. The new Dawson base pads work great with the magwell. Arredondo's pads can also be beveled to allow lock up. With the Dawson base pad and a Gram follower you can get 21 rounds in the 40 .
  3. Its very easy to remove , They have a plug that fits in the back strap and the magwell screws to it .
  4. I have no problem with it on the dillon , the only other powder that is close is the old winchester superlite, which is hard to find now .
  5. Try terry and linda Ashton in San Angelo Tex. I believe the Email is texasstartarget@yahoo.com
  6. Need some felt or something along the squaretube to protect the guns. Looks good
  7. I don't know what you use the weapon for. Is it plinking, self defense, or shooting in competition. But the compact weapon dose not give your support hand any room on the grip, and the finger grooves take what is there away. Try the grip powder etc. add some grip tape in the right spots unless rules don't allow it. I don't like to tell people to shot with the finger on the front of the trigger gaurd but you might try it.
  8. Try and get a little finger pinch between the trigger gaurd and your support index finger, also get the heel of your support hand on the back of your grips a little. You look as if you have large hands try larger grips.
  9. Welcome and come shot with us down here in Roswell Give us a shout on the info.
  10. Have him tape the two fingers together at the kuckle near the palm, so he can still flex to pull the trigger.
