Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Throw one in a milk jug with warm water and your choice of cleaner. Shake then rinse.
  2. The 1.223 OAL load for my Infinity passes the plunk test and fires fine from my brother in law's Edge. 180gr JHP Zero/5.0gr Titegroup.
  3. The Mr Bullet feeder powder die is highly recommended.
  4. My experience has been that the seating die is removing some of the bell from a case that has been over belled. It's easy to see if that've your problem. Use a caliper to measure the bell before and after the seating die. If it has gotten smaller, back off the bell until the seating die no longer makes contact with it.
  5. I love my TR-24 but I would choose and Aimpoint for a duty gun. Leave the dot on and change the battery once a year for the hell of it.
  6. Oh, I also have one of the TR-24's mentioned above. It's a great scope too!
  7. Have you looked at the new PRO model? I know there is a 5 year difference in the battery life, but other than that, it should be pretty tough/reliable for half the money, right? I've had two Aimpoints in the past and I was very happy with them. Does the M4 come with lens caps like the other ones? Yes, I bought new Pro's for my SWAT team. You can get a Pro for $380-$400ish. You can find a used Comp M4 for $500ish. I would buy a used Comp M4 over a new Pro. However, any Aimpoint will serve you well. I currently use a couple T1's, Comp M4 and a Pro.
  8. Trace, find a used Aimpoint Comp M4. They are tuff as nails and take a single AA battery that lasts 8 years. 2 MOA dot is really nice. I have used almost every Aimpoint out there and if I could only choose one it would be the Comp M4.
  9. It's a well know fact that most AET barrels will not stabilize the softer bullets. Mine shoots plated better than coated but I shoot JHP's out of mine for matches.
  10. If you want a stock STI mag to work without putting any money into it just keep sending them back until you get some that work.
  11. I ordered the steel 140mm spacers from shooters connection and used them with the grams guts. They slide up and down slightly but worked fine.
  12. Would look good stuffed and displayed on your wall.
