  1. I've found that if you get these types of cases stuck together(also had 223 and 32-20 stick in 45-70, and a 9mm case go so far in i didn't catch it til the sizing die told me), if you don't want to ruin a case, you can use a kinetic bullet puller and get the small case out without ruining anything
  2. Shows how much the shortage changes between areas. Powder has been so scarce here in NE AR for 3 months i've started loading minimums and exploring new combinations. However, i've been able to get any kind of primers i want for a couple months now. Bullets are fairly well stocked too
  3. Depending on your body and blood type diet could be a contributing factor. I've had symptoms of mild arthritis for years in my hands and wrists, in addition to a back injury that made me shrink an inch and a bad knee. Some things that have worked for me though, I started taking bilberry for my eyes, and noticed after taking it for a couple months that my joints hardly hurt anymore. In addition to that, as mentioned above, I started using the paleo diet as a guide since it's essentially close to the recommended diet for my blood type(O), and since i've been eating less carbs and more protein, and especially since switching to organic foods from the hormone and steroid laden meats, I hardly have any joint aches and the little aches and pains are almost all gone. But of course, all bodies are different, and what works for me might be the opposite of what someone else needs. Just have to try different stuff and see what works
  4. Here's a thread on a bodybuilding forum I found: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=6286201&page=1 One of the suggestions was to do your exercises, running or workouts or whatever, then work on fine activities like threading a needle and things like that to help develop steady hands
  5. Relatively new to the shooting world, the collector bug bit me bad. Bought an enfield when I came of age, and been hooked on anything with a trigger for the few years since. No one ever taught me about shooting or reloading so i'm always looking for tips, and this forum seems filled with knowledge! I could get lost for days here I live in NE AR and match shooting has been interesting me greatly recently
