  1. Why? That was for Brian as he talked about the how costly, money and man hours, it was to maintain a dedicated server. The cloud server should alleviate most of that for him. As for how well the cloud will work, we should find out this afternoon. Fingers crossed!
  2. Welcome to the forums!
  3. Welcome to the forums!
  4. Welcome to the forums! As for reloading help, go to that forum and you'll find just about anything you could ask for. Perhaps you have a typo on your bullet weight. I shoot ACME 124 and 147 in 9mm and 180 and 200's in .40 S&W. You'll want to specify your barrel length and caliber. Best of luck.
  5. That worked well! I bought a cheap-o kit from HF a while back, but haven't tried it yet.
  6. I've been shooting Glocks for the past 26 years - 17 (Gen 1), 21, 26, 34, 35 and now a 43 (carry). Love them. Never had a 1911 but always wanted one. Not quite 2 years ago, I killed two birds with one stone and bought a STI Executive, from a forum member. It took a little getting used to, but I love it. So much so, I picked up a Trojan, also from a forum member, last year because I wanted to give SS a shot. Glock and 1911's are different animals and shoot and feel very different. Glock, hands down, is one of the most, if not the most, easiest guns to shoot, not to mention the most reliable. 1911 are the coolest however! Disclaimer: I have little to no experience with other brands so this is just a Glock - STI opinion. Glock wins the easy to use, idiot proof gun. My STI's will are my favorite though - they just took a little getting used to - maybe more than just a little. At the end of the day, it's the guy working the gun that makes the big difference. I don't score any better with my STI's, but I'm still pretty much a beginner to competition.
  7. You can't go wrong with Dillon. Admittedly, they are the only dies I have experience with in 5.56, but they work great.
  8. You won't regret it, you'll love it! I'd like to hear your opinion after you have it setup and running.
  9. I've SS tumbled nickel plated and after the first time, have not noticed any visible change/degradation in the plating. I've yet to ss tumble the brass a second time, so cannot weigh in on 2 or more tumble sessions.
  10. Dillon 650 w/ case feeder and MBF; RF-100 primer filler. I use the Shock Bottle, 100 round case gauge and gauge every round before transferring the loaded rounds into MTM cases. For case prep: Case-Pro 100 w/case feeder and PW auto-drive. Presently I both tumble, decap and SS pin, prior to roll-sizing. That part isn't real efficient, but I'm working on being less anal about it and modifying the process. My goal is to load as efficiently and precisely as possible, while producing near 100% reliable rounds.
