While anything is possible, most LEO's, at least the numerous I know, feel as I do, that every God fearing, law-abiding citizen should be armed (trained and proficient with firearms) as he or she sees fit, and that the magazine capacity restriction laws are stupid. There are numerous examples of armed citizens aiding LEO's and citizens. The day California LE, at least locally to me, enforces these stupid laws, instead of hunting down gangsters and other criminals, I will pull the ejection handle, for a state less ignorant. It astounds me how our electorate feels the need to make criminals out of law-abiding, good people. Meanwhile they are giving real crooks passes with reduced sentences and watering down the laws on the books. I could go on, but won't. And I apologize in advance if I've violated any forum rules.

Yo Brethren - I have a 650 with case feeder that I've only used to load 9 and 40 and have never had this issue. I previously prepped and loaded 5.56 on my 550, but have decided it's time to move the processes to the 650. I have a brand new conversion kit from Dillon and believe I have everything installed correctly. The problem is the case will not drop into the station locator. The case drops onto the top of rails and the case insert slide knocks it over. The station locator will not move forward any further, and I can't figure out an adjustment for the case to drop further rearward to drop behind the rails of the locator. I've haven't removed the insert slide to check it out, but figured if it worked for my pistol calibers, it would work for this. I've attached a photo. Thanks in advance for your input.

As I recall, Dillon recommends steel dies for rifle unless you're commercial loading. My steel dies work great. No complaints. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Roger that. Are you around 21 grains? I read an article that the pressures were measured differently between 223 REM and 5.56 so you couldn't directly compare them. I suppose I'll start low and work up. I'm using the bulk Hornady 55 gr and they've worked just fine in 5.56 loads. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
