Since ammo has gotten so expensive my son and I figured we would reload, split everything down the middle so it made it easier. Hornady LNL and a RCBS Jr3 for my rifle in the future. I think I figured it out. Once in a while it doesn't rotate fully at the top.

Works most of the time. New reloader and just set my press up today. I do have very ligh grease under the plate. Thanks, Jim
