Thanks for the help, guys. I don't need a replacement for the elevation screw, however. I'm manufacturing an adapter plate to allow a mini red dot sight to be fit into the rear sight pocket, so need a counter sunk screw to secure the plate into the elevation screw's hole.

Success! Borrowed a set of thread gauges, and it turns out the thread is 6-48. Now I need to find a source of 1/4" countersunk 6-48 screws...
