e3 has given me good performance in .38 mid colt at similar charge weights as Clays. Very clean burning and seems more available.

The rules regarding Classic Division have not changed. As before, the rule only addresses the barrel not the sights. Changing the front sight does not go against the rules. Dick D FL1111

Yes, he sure did! The rule for limited barrels was changed and went into effect on Nov. 1, 2013. Also the new rule was announced for extended sights and the addition of ICORE Rimfire went into effect on Nov. 1, 2013. I guess (hope) the new rule book will be made available soon.
