    glock 40 comp

A friend of mine got into a discussion regarding using a 40 comp on a 9mm barrel. I told him it might be unsafe to do so and might not even fit the barrel but since we don't have a 40 comp to even try to tread it (same tread pitch)on a 9mm barrel we can only speculate. Does anybody knows if this works before my smart (@#$) friend buys one and hurt him self just trying to prove me wrong. Thanks.
  4. Just started shooting my Revo again (gp100 6 inch). Just wondering what powder mostly use for 38 spl and 357 magnum loads? Just for plinking. I normally use WST, WSF and TG for my pistol loads. Any info is appriciated. Thanks
  5. Are these Ghost mag pouch Single stack legal? thanks
  6. So far on my zev full trigger kit I only use federal primers, no light strikes, if I use different primers (so far I only use federal and winchester) I use the factory stricker spring, but I only shot less than 1000 k on my open glock since it is a back up. I will be doing a lot of testing this winter with it with different primers since federals are hard to come by here.
  7. From USPSA website: http://www.uspsa.org/document_library/rules/2014/Feb%202014%20Handgun%20Rules.pdf • Coned barrels, bull barrels, or barrels with flanges, except in 1911 compact pistols with a barrel length of 4.20 inches or less. (Note: All other barrels must have barrel bushings and conform to factory profile).
  8. not for what she wanted to do, only 22 lr. I didn't know it's this hard looking for entry level rimfire rifle for lefty, most are in the $1200 plus area, so far she is getting 1/2 inch group at 15 yard and about an inch at 20 and 25 yards (standing and kneeling) using the ruger american rimfire with bulk ammo, but last week the rifle fell and somewhat chip the rear sight. Thinking of replacing it with williams peep sights.
  9. do they make the cz 452 or 455 for left handed?

  15. sorry for hijacking the tread but will the suppressor hight front sights still fits the regular holsters? (blade tech and safariland 5198 holster). thanks A difficult pic to get enough light and focus with an iPhone! This is a BladeTech. It looks like its been sanded on, but its just wear and tear since 2008ish. Hard to tell, but it clears by about an 1/8+/- of an inch...maybe a tad less...but definitely does not rub. thx

  17. Same thing happen to me when I shot limited few months back on a level II match, an CRO stop me after giving the me the make ready command and wanted to bump to me open. I told him check with your MD to confirm legalities.
  18. found some local club that do collegiate style shooting and advice me to have a her use a bolt action, doesn't have to be single shot but have to load 1 at time on a magazine. I got her a ruger american rimfire will see how this goes.
  19. thanks guys, she actuallyhave done some shooting before, she actually shoots uspsa production and trap and the 10/22 is her first gun but she never shot a bolt action rifle that's why i'm thinking of getting her one.
  20. My Daugther is thinking of joing a rifle team for college. The only rimfire rifle I got is a 10/22 ruger, I'm thinking of getting her bolt action rifle single shot for practice and I've been looking at Ruger American Rimfire and Savage Mark i or ii FVT but can't seem to find one for left hand. Does anybody if they made any of the those rifle left handed or should I look at different one's? Not looking to break the bank on this one since this is just a trial run for her. Thanks in advance.
