  1. Lone star innovations could probably do it.
  2. So this is Uspsa production legal ?
  3. Extreme engineering makes good stuff too. I think EE makes the trigger parts for c&s. Egw and EE would be my go to for parts.
  4. N320 or wst and 180 gr projectiles seem to be pretty good. I like wst personally but it’s temp sensitive for some. I’ve never had an issue with it though
  5. This happened to me on one of mine turned out I think it was user error. I would set mine to lowest or brightest setting depending on situation and the dpp will blink at those settings too. I trashed a couple batteries before I figured this out. Now I just mostly leave it on one setting and no more blinking. This battery is 3 -4 months old.
  6. I’ve never seen this. Do you have a link
  7. Eddie Garcia is in Arizona. He is top notch and turn around should be quick.
  8. Mine turned off on me twice the other night during dry fire. I pushed the power button both times and it came back on. It has maybe 2k on it. I’m starting to second guess not going with an rts2. I just bought another one for s backup gun too. IMO the battery contacts on the bottom of the tray are a weak point. I thought about using dielectric grease but leupold advised me not to.
  9. Grams is top of the list for me too. Tried tti but grams work better for me.
  10. Shock bottle are a little nicer than springers imo but both function well and should get rid of your trouble.
  11. The front leg of your ejector looks broken in the pic though it’s kinda hard to tell. If you can take a better pic of the ejector while out of the gun we could give you the answer.
  12. That's crazy. Well with STI I guess not so much. I'd be scared to shoot it. If you had a bullet strike the Comp it could get ugly. Never seen a Comp crack like that though.
  13. Did you get the slide stop pin in the barrel link ? Might be a dumb question but figured I'd ask. I would think if you didn't the slide wouldn't travel the correct distance front to back though.
  14. I had a similar problem. I tried a few things and mine turned out to be the hammer strut being to short.
  15. I'm shooting 38 sc with a 124 pd jhp. I've only shot a couple k with an open gun but so far so good. I'd like to shoot a powder that's not as costly but will perform close to 3n38
  16. Haha. Would you say win AC is comparable to 38. I'm getting tired of paying 40 per lb. I've got a lb of hs6 to try as well.
  17. I've got a Cameron's open gun with a trubor barrel with no popple holes. Someone told me recently that 3n38 is a little gassy for my gun. It seems OK to me with not very much dot movement but I am new to open. What's y'all's opinion on this subject
  18. Is there a place on the web where I can get tube dimensions for 9/38 ?
  19. Everglades ammo is good too. Have it on two guns.
  20. I'm sticking with 3n38. May switch to hs6 when I get tired of paying for it.
  21. 1/8 drill bit cut to size will work. I had one fall out a month or so back and I contacted TTI customer service and they were horrible. They told me if I tightened the set screw it voided my warranty, so DO NOT tighten the set screw or at least don't let them know you tightenend it. The girl was so rude that I'll never buy any tti products again. I told her I'd only used these base pads for 3 matches and she basically said tough ---- and I could buy a extra base pad repair kit. I'll go with dawson next time even though I don't like them. Taran won't get another penny from me !
  22. Not that I've seen. Out of the 3 or 4 I've seen only one had the old style 85 combat trigger. The others had the new style which has more curve. Not sure if the owners had the triggers changed before they shipped.
  23. I don't think extremes plating would hold up. I've never tried it though. Might be fine since you would be using a slower powder. I've heard of them tumbling with tightgroup but have never seen it.
  24. I load 3.5 grains of wst but I shoot 147 gr extremes. You'll probably have to bump it up a couple tenths with jacketed bullets. At 3.5 I don't see any pressure signs and oal is 1.135.
